Abstract

The Qodiriyah Sulaimaniah Singosari Islamic Boarding School, Malang Regency is one of the large Islamic boarding schools located in Kreweh Singosari Village, Malang Regency. The existence of this Islamic boarding school makes a high contribution to producing young people who have a deep understanding of the Islamic religion. However, the Qodiriyah Sulaimaniah Singosari Islamic boarding school has a desire to provide more provisions to its students, namely the ability to entrepreneurship so that it can produce prospective entrepreneurs who have a good Islamic education. In addition, the Qodiriyah Sulaimaniah Singosari Islamic boarding school also has a desire to develop small businesses that have been owned in the Islamic boarding school. Therefore, PKM activities are carried out by providing training in the field of entrepreneurship, namely marketing strategy training for students at the Qodiriyah Sulaimaniah Singosari Islamic boarding school. In addition, this PkM activity also provides training on skills to make contemporary food, namely rice bowls which are expected to be useful for use as a product of the Qodiriyah Sulaimaniah Singosari Islamic boarding school. The results of this PKM activity are expected to produce students who have the ability to carry out marketing techniques so as to launch entrepreneurial activities that are carried out.

Abstract

Cooperatives are business organizations that are run for the common good with the aim of prospering its members. The Dau Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in the common interest needs improvements. Among them are improvements in increasing cooperation or mutual cooperation, improving financial and asset administration as well as improvements in the presentation of financial statements and SHU. On the other hand, serving the purchase and improvement of store management belonging to KUD Dau also needs monitoring and business improvement. The awards that have been obtained at that time need to be achieved again so that the welfare of the members becomes better. Village Unit Cooperatives need support from various parties to exist again, especially the management of cooperatives professionally, starting from financing, administration, management of goods and services as well as financial reports, as well as improvements in SHU reporting. This issue must be immediately addressed by the parties concerned. information regarding the current condition of the KUD, administrative and financial management has been restructured so that there will be no more chaos in the preparation of financial statements and administering assets.The collaboration between the Polytechnic and the KUD management is one of the supports from the academic community to improve skills related to financial administration, especially the Balance Sheet and financial reports in general through Ms Office Simple Excel training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan metode walkthrough revenue dalam audit keuangan atas siklus penerimaan dan pengakuan pendapatan PT ABC oleh KAP XYZ. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur walkthrough memberikan pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap sistem pengendalian internal perusahaan. Namun, ditemukan kelemahan seperti pencatatan PPN sebagai pendapatan dan ketidakkonsistenan termin pembayaran proyek. Temuan ini disampaikan melalui management letter dengan rekomendasi penyesuaian atas kesalahan material. Disarankan agar KAP XYZ tetap menerapkan prosedur walkthrough secara menyeluruh setiap tahun untuk menjaga efektivitas dan konsistensi pengakuan pendapatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi dalam penerapan audit pendapatan yang lebih sistematis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the calculation of production costs and the potential for improving cost efficiency through the implementation of Activity Based Management at UMKM Pinkponk Snack Malang. Currently, Pinkponk Snack still uses a conventional method for calculating production costs, which tends to be less accurate in allocating overhead costs. Therefore, the Activity Based Costing (ABC) approach is used as a basis to identify activities consumed during the production process. Subsequently, the ABM method is applied to evaluate value added and non value added activities in order to enhance cost efficiency. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through interviews and documentation. The results show that ABM implementation can identify non value added activities such as packaging and storage, which are recommended to be reduced or optimized. By applying ABM, Pinkponk Snack is able to significantly improve production cost efficiency without compromising product quality. Thus, ABM can serve as an effective strategy for cost control and enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in a dynamic market environment.

Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu sektor ekonomi terpenting yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja di desa Tulusbesar, Kecamatan Tumpang. Obyek pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah UMKM Aneka keripik desa Tulusbesar. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM Aneka keripik ini antara lain yaitu: (1) dari aspek bidang produksi terkait proses produksinya secara manual, belum ada penerapan IPTEK. (2) dari aspek bidang manajemen menyangkut masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. (3) dari aspek manajemen pemasaran terkait dengan pengemasan yang sangat sederhana dan tanpa disertai merk. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan metode partisipatif. Solusi yang diberikan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan serta pemberian bantuan mesin otomatis dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi sesuai dengan kesepakatan dengan mitra dan ditunjang dengan implementasi dari hasil penelitian pengusul terkait pemasaran. Adapun beberapa solusi pemecahan masalah di mitra meliputi (1) memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan cara melakukan inovasi produk dan diversifikasi produk yang dikembangkan dengan produk lainnya yang bervariasi sesuai selera konsumen, (2) memberikan bantuan mesin otomatis dan peralatan yang menunjang proses produksi, (3) pelatihan bidang manajemen usaha, (4) melatih cara mendesain beberapa model keemasan, pelabelan, dan merk untuk hasil produk yang akan dijual agar lebih menarik, dan (5) melatih pengembangan penjualan dan promosi yang efektif melalui pemasaran secara online melalui beberapa media sosial seperti Instagram dan Whatsapp. Hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat ini mampu membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan UMKM dan meningkatkan pendapatan serta daya saing. Sebaiknya diperkuat jejaring antar-UMKM dan perangkat desa untuk menjaga keberlanjutan program serta memperluas skala dampak pemberdayaan masyarakat.
