Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan di berbagai organisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan metode PRISMA, melalui penelusuran artikel pada basis data Scopus dengan kriteria jurnal Q1–Q4 dan kata kunci HRM strategy, Organizational Decision Processes, serta Decision-Making Effectiveness. Dari 307 artikel yang ditemukan, hanya 7 yang memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori dan praktik SDM berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan. Integrasi antara manajemen SDM, strategi organisasi, dan transformasi digital memperkuat kualitas keputusan, kecepatan respons, serta kinerja berkelanjutan. Selain itu, budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kesiapan teknologi turut memengaruhi efektivitas penerapan konsep SDM. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan konsep Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) dan menjadi rujukan bagi penelitian lanjutan untuk mengembangkan model empiris yang lebih komprehensif

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) on the quality of strategic decision-making and its impact on organizational performance. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. Data were collected through a survey of 120 respondents consisting of managers and staff in organizations that have implemented MIS for at least two years. The analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, as well as mediation tests using the Sobel Test method. The research results show that system quality, information quality, and top management support have a significant effect on the quality of strategic decision-making. Decision quality has been proven to have a significant impact on organizational performance and mediates the relationship between MIS implementation and organizational performance. These findings reinforce DeLone & McLean's theory as well as the Resource-Based View that information management is a strategic organizational resource.
