Abstract

Information about three-dimensional structure of protein is important to clearly understand its character and function in molecular level. Protein structure determination through laboratory testing needs highly cost of steps and instrument. Three dimensional structure of protein can be scientifically predicted using several in silico methods. The structure of allergen protein was predicted using SWISS-MODEL as homology method in this research. The result showed that structure prediction of allergen protein B7TWE7 (UniProt ID) from Fagus sylfatica (beechnut) have three-dimensional structure with identity value 72% and e-value = 3,4x10-58. This study used the 1e09A (PDB ID) of Prunus avinus (cherry) as a template.Keywords: allergen, homology method, protein structure, swiss-model ABSTRAKInformasi struktur tiga dimensi protein penting untuk memahami sifat dan fungsi protein ditingkat molekular secara detil. Penentuan struktur protein dengan cara pengujian di laboratorium memerlukan tahapan dan instrumentasi dengan biaya tinggi. Struktur tiga dimensi protein dapat diprediksi secara ilmiah dengan menggunakan beberapa metode secara in silico. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode homologi menggunakan program SWISS-MODEL. Protein yang akan diprediksi struktur tiga dimensinya adalah protein alergen pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prediksi struktur protein alergen B7TWE7 (UniProt ID) dari Fagus sylfatica (beechnut) dengan metode homologi menggunakan program SWISS-MODEL menghasilkan model struktur tiga dimensi protein dengan nilai identity 72% dan e-value = 3,4x10-58. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pemberian posisi menyusui Cradle Hold terhadap nyeri episiotomi pada ibu post partum. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain “Quasy Experiment” dengan rancangan pre-post test with control group. Sampel dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 30 orang dengan purposive sampling. Intensitas nyeri diukur dengan Skala Numerik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi menyusui cradle hold efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri ibu post partum (Pv=0,000). Implikasi dalam pelayanan keperawatan adalah posisi menyusui Cradle Hold terbukti mengurangi nyeri episiotomi pada ibu post partum, dengan demikian perlu dibuat Standar operasional (SOP) yang mendapat dukungan institusi rumah sakit.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) on share prices both partially and simultaneously at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this research is all of the Financial Reports of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The sample used in this research is the financial position report and profit and loss report from 2013 - 2023. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research show that the calculated t value of Return On Assets is -1.238 which is smaller than the t table value of 2.306 (-1.238 < 2.306) with a significance value of 0.0251 which is greater than 0.05 (0.0251 > 0.05). So it can be concluded that Return On Assets does not have a significant influence on share prices. Meanwhile, the calculated t value of the Current Ratio is 6.142 which is greater than the t table value of 2.306 (6.142 > 2.306) and the significant result of the Current Ratio is 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Current Ratio has a significant effect on share prices. Then the Return On Asset and Current Ratio simultaneously have a significant influence on the share price at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for the 2013 - 2023 period as evidenced by the calculated F of 24.009 which is greater than the F table of 4.26 (24.009 > 4.26) and the value significant of (0.001 < 0.05).

Abstract

Banyak pengemudi menggunakan mobil Mitsubishi Colt L300, namun disayangkan, sebagian besar dari mereka mengalami kendala akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dalam melakukan pemeriksaan dan perawatan mesin mobil. Pemilik mobil baru sering kali menyadari adanya kerusakan pada kendaraannya setelah mengalami ketidaknormalan dalam kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menjalani perawatan secara rutin, dan inilah yang mendorong pengembangan sistem pakar untuk mengidentifikasi potensi masalah pada mobil Mitsubishi Colt L300. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan mendeteksi kerusakan pada mobil mitsubishi colt l300 adalah certainty factor. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan sesi wawancara langsung dengan pakar dan studi literatur. Dari wawancara langsung dengan pakar diperoleh sembilan kerusakan dengan delapan belas ciri-ciri kerusakan. Selanjutnya, untuk melakukan perancangan system pakar ini, peneliti melakukan pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang melibatkan use case diagram, activity diagram, context diagram, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram)

Abstract

Bangun Mulya Village, located in Penajam Paser Utara Regency, faces challenges in household waste management, health literacy, digital competitiveness, bullying in schools, and inadequate infrastructure, hindering its environmental, social, and economic resilience. A community service program, conducted from July 14 to August 20, 2025, aimed to revitalize the village by leveraging local potentials to foster sustainable development. Employing a community-based empowerment approach, the initiative utilized mixed-method surveys for needs assessment, implemented individual and group programs, and evaluated outcomes through quantitative and qualitative measures. Interventions included eco-enzyme production training, traditional herbal remedy education, MSME digitalization support, anti-bullying education, natural pesticide training, solar-powered streetlight installation, productive tree planting, establishment of family medicinal plant gardens, and creation of village potential infographics. Results demonstrated significant impacts: 85% of farmers adopted natural pesticides, 90% of participants independently produced herbal remedies, 80% of MSME operators enhanced digital marketing skills, 90% of students showed improved tolerance, 100% participation in tree planting, 70% household adoption of medicinal gardens, and enhanced nighttime safety through functional streetlights. Collaborative community engagement ensured initiative ownership, positioning Bangun Mulya as a more resilient and competitive village, reflecting the role of higher education in sustainable rural development.
