Abstract

This research aims to describe and obtain empirical data. Empirical data on social media regarding social deviations committed by teachers toward their students, teachers with their colleagues, or teachers with the external social environment, is very interesting for the researcher in conducting a study on the implementation by the principal in strengthening teachers in applying Aqidah and moral values through academic supervision activities at Aliyah Cendikia. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, which uses an approach involving primary data, secondary data, discussions, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the principal’s implementation of strengthening teachers in applying Aqidah and moral values. The supporting factor for the implementation of this supervision is that teachers are highly enthusiastic and comprehensive in carrying out activities related to the application of moral values each week. The inhibiting factor is unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain, which causes delays and leads to a less optimal learning situation. The conclusion is that the principal’s implementation in strengthening and applying these values runs optimally, and it is expected that teachers can apply them well within themselves so that noble character and good behavior emerge.

Abstract

Islamic education in the contemporary era faces complex challenges such as technological advancement, globalization, and cultural shifts; therefore, educational supervision becomes a crucial instrument to ensure the quality of holistic learning. This study aims to examine the concepts, objectives, functions, and implementation of Islamic educational supervision in a modern context, with a focus on teacher development and the strengthening of students’ moral, ethical, and spiritual values. Using a qualitative approach through the library research method, data were collected from academic literature, including books, journals, and scientific documents related to Islamic educational administration. The findings indicate that Islamic educational supervision goes beyond administrative monitoring, encompassing the development of teacher professionalism, the enhancement of innovative teaching methods, and the reinforcement of religious and character dimensions. In the contemporary era, supervision must be adaptive and responsive, covering curriculum, student affairs, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, finance, public relations, and administration, in order to produce a generation that is knowledgeable, faithful, well-mannered, and prepared to face global challenges. In conclusion, Islamic educational supervision serves as a strategic means of transforming values and professionalism, ensuring the relevance of Islamic education in response to the demands of the times.

Abstract

Digital transformation in quality assurance has reshaped internal quality management practices, moving organizations from manual reporting structures toward integrated, data-driven ecosystems. However, many institutions still face challenges such as fragmented system integration, low interoperability between platforms, and an overemphasis on administrative audits, which collectively reduce the effectiveness of evidence-based decision-making. This study examines the integration of Smart Quality Assurance within internal quality management using a Decision Support System (DSS) approach and explores its linkage with organizational resilience. A systematic literature review was conducted on 20 scientific articles published between 2022 and 2026, following a structured process of identification, screening, evaluation, and thematic synthesis. Findings indicate that the digitalization of quality systems through Internal Quality Assurance Systems, Total Quality Management, ISO 9001:2015 frameworks, and artificial intelligence-based applications enhances audit efficiency, accelerates evaluation cycles, and improves the accuracy of managerial decision-making. DSS integration further demonstrates strong potential in enabling predictive analytics and supporting adaptive, proactive quality governance. In addition, successful implementation is strongly influenced by digital literacy levels, infrastructure readiness, and the degree of integration across institutional information systems. This study contributes by synthesizing an integrated conceptual framework that connects Smart Quality Assurance, DSS-based decision-making, and organizational resilience, offering a consolidated perspective that can guide future research and practical implementation in higher education and organizational quality systems.
