Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai Perum Bulog Kantor Cabang Bandung dan bagaimana upaya perusahaan untuk mewujudkan kepuasan kerja para pegawainya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi nonpartisipan, wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang dipilih merupakan wakil pemimpin dan juga pegawai Perum Bulog Kantor Cabang Bandung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai Perum Bulog Kantor Cabang Bandung sudah tercipta dengan baik pada aspek 100% dan rekan kerja 100%, akan tetapi masih kurang dalam aspek pekerjaan itu sendiri 40%, gaji 80% dan kondisi kerja 80%.

Pengaruh beban kerja yang tinggi akan menimbulkan masalah penurunan kinerja pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi beban kerja. Beban kerja dapat diukur menggunakan indikator diantaranya kondisi kesehatan fisik, kondisi mental karyawan, kondisi psikologi karyawan, beban kerja yang terlalu banyak dan beban kerja yang berlebihan. Sedangkan indikator dari kinerja karyawan adalah kualitas (mutu), kuantitas, waktu dan ketepatan waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada sales PT Sumber Cipta Multiniaga DSO Bandung Kota dengan menggunakan skala sikap Likert. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis regresi linear sederhana bahwa pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja adalah signifikan. Diketahui signifikansi variabel beban kerja terhadap kinerja memperoleh t hitung 2,217 dengan signifikansi 0,009 sehingga variabel beban kerja signifikan memberi pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi beban kerja masuk kedalam kategori sangat tinggi, kondisi kinerja karyawan masuk kedalam kategori sangat rendah.

Purpose: This study examined the relationship between role conflict and the performance of part-time students in Indonesia, with a focus on the effects of burnout, coping behavior, and spiritual intelligence. Research methodology: The study tested performance, academic performance, and work performance, with extreme work stress (burnout) positioned as the mediating factor, and coping and spiritual intelligence positioned as moderating variables. Results: This study found that role conflict negatively affects the academic and work performance of part-time students, and burnout mediates this relationship. Coping behavior and spiritual intelligence moderate the relationship between role conflict and performance. Limitations: Within the context of demographic factors, some authors, such as Waskito (2019), Kastaman and Coralia (2022), and Wardani and Pitensah (2021), suggest examining the effect of factors such as age and ethnic groups. Thus, in future studies, it is advisable to review the effects of demographic factors such as age, ethnicity, and income level. Contribution: This study contributes to the existing literature by providing a new perspective on the performance of part-time students and highlights the importance of considering role conflict and its effects on their performance.

This research is based on the national need to build an effective HKI protection system. Results in the form of human intellectual work that have very high values should receive adequate regulatory protection supported by a sense of justice & be rewarded according to their intellectual output. Copyright protection for creators and copyright holders according to Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Article 1 number 1 & Article 24 paragraph (1) & (2). So according to the parallel growth of science and the number of outputs of work found and technology which is very rapid, has a great effect on human life. With this background, this research adopts a research framework capable of compiling insights from current research bodies on blockchain technology. The application of the blockchain framework aims to make it easier for creators to prove what and when their work was made in front of a court or when registering a work copyright. Blockchain can provide solutions in copyright protection and digital copyright management.

In the economic activities of the company can not be separated from the name of the process of sales and purchases. Especially in the company's accounting system sales process does not escape become part of the system. That's because sales become vital to prosper the company's welfare. As a financial revenue source in the company the sales process must be analyzed and recorded in real time whether wherever and whenever. As an anticipatory action to reduce the crime of financial acts such as manipulation at the company so as not to cause big losses to the company and result in bankruptcy of the company. Use of Web Based Accounting Online System or commonly known WBAOS it can all be done easily. Starting from analyzing company sales to record sales. This is considered very effective if using an accounting system that is still offline and more efficient of course.

Basically in conducting a study there are problems that can be used as a means toachieve a goal or goal in the study. Everyone who conducts research must have their ownmethod, concept, or method in formulating the problem that is the object of the research. In thispaper will explain the techniques or ways that can be done in relation to formulating problems inresearch including determining a topic to be discussed in research, making backgroundproblems, explaining problem identification, limiting the scope of research, determiningproblems that are worthy of research, making questions in research, and determine the goals,benefits, and uses of the research. With the concept of planning and mature thinking toformulate and determine the formulation of the problem, it is expected that the research that willbe conducted will be focused and directed so that it does not extend to the discussion that is notthe topic of his research. With the formulation of this problem also the reader becomes aware ofthe results and objectives to be conveyed in a study. Therefore in this study we will discuss thesteps or ways in preparing the formulation of a problem that is good and right in order tofacilitate the implementation of a research activity.
