Abstract

This research tries to examine the signs of the Qur'an related to the sun as one of Allah's creations. which is the source of energy for life. This study describes that the Qur'an hints at the sun with the words sirâj and dhiyâ', both of which mean that sunlight comes from itself. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method through library research with an interpretative descriptive approach. The temporary conclusion of this study shows that based on the cues in the Qur'an, it shows that the Qur'an and Science explain that the sun has a function as a source of light which not only illuminates but can provide and produce heat or energy which is very beneficial for life. One of the benefits is as a source of light energy

Abstract

This article explains the important role of 'Abd al-Aziz Az-Zamzami (d. 976 H) in the field of Qur’anic science. The writing is motivated by the position of As-Suyuthi (d. 911 H), who is considered a prominent figure, even a legend in this field. This significant position is both appreciated and criticized. One strong criticism is that post-As-Suyuthi works are merely repetitive. As a result, post-As-Suyuthi figures who write works on Qur’anic science are no longer highlighted, and their roles are marginalized. They will find it difficult to emerge from As-Suyuthi's shadow. One of these figures is 'Abd al-Aziz Az-Zamzami. Through historical research, this work goes through the following stages: first, excavating historical sources, second, verifying sources, and third, interpreting and explaining history. This qualitative research explores credible historical sources based on literature. The result is that Az-Zamzami is a literary figure who adapts As-Suyuthi's work titled An-Niqâyah, in the chapter of exegesis into concise, dense, full of literary value, and easily memorized verses. Az-Zamzami's work is titled Manzhûmah at-Tafsir and has been responded to by 18 scholars from around the world, including from Indonesia. The birth of these several explanations indicates that versification has become part of a teaching strategy considered relevant and worthy of explanation. From these findings, it is concluded that Az-Zamzami's work is indeed always related to As-Suyuthi's work, but he can also be seen as a figure standing on his own

Abstract

Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penafsiran-penafsiran M. Quraish Shihab terhadap Ayat-ayat Teologi Sunni-Syiah lebih cenderung moderat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya penafsiran-penafsiran beberapa pandangan Syiah yang menjadi pembahasan kontroversi M. Quraish Shihab, antara lain: makna Ahl al-Bait, makna Taqiyyah, makna Khalȋfah, makna Imam, makna Wali, makna Nikah Mut‘ah dan makna Sholat 3 Waktu dalam perspektif M. Quraish Shihab. Pengambilan serta kutipan penafsiran terhadap tokoh Syiah tidak lepas dari keilmuan yang didapat selama pembelajaran di al-Azhar Kairo dan setiap penafsiran memiliki ideologi tertentu dari penulisnya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi komparatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa studi pustaka dan observasi dianalisis dalam teknik pengumpulan data berupa deskriptif analisis dengan metode analisis komparatif (analytical-comparative method). Adapun teori yang digunakan untuk memperkuat sebagai pisau bedah penelitian adalah teori strukturalisme genetik dari Lucien Goldmann yang menjelaskan bahwa sebuah karya atau teks adalah karya pengarangnya dalam hal ini mufasir sebagai pembuat teks tersebut sekaligus kenyataan sejarah yang mengondisikan munculnya karya atau teks seperti demikian. Penelitian ini juga didasari asumsi-asumsi dalam teori struktural genetik yang melihat bahwa kecenderungan penafsiran secara umum dan khusus mengenai ayat-ayat teologi Sunni-Syiah yang tidak bisa dilepaskan dari konteks sosio-historis dari mufasir berada. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa semakin banyak pengambilan ide-ide dari sejumlah tokoh ideologi tertentu dalam suatu tafsir, maka semakin mendekatkan dan mencairkan dua sisi ideologi yang selama ini dianggap berlawanan

Abstract

The focus of this research aims to find out more about the home ownership financing model (PPR) through the musyārakah mutanāqishah model or what is known as the MMQ model. In several sharia economic literatures, there are several PPR models, but the author is more interested in researching the MMQ PPR model. The advantage of the MMQ model is that it presents an equal partnership pattern between customers and banks. This is in line with sharia banking entities which are synonymous with profit and loss sharing (PLS). The MMQ model is also considered a solution innovation product with a financing pattern that is more affordable, fairer, and more compliant with sharia principles. However, its application to sharia financial institutions and banking is not yet fully in accordance with the provisions. This MMQ model is still debatable among Islamic economics experts and academics. Nevertheless, the majority of them agree and support this MMQ model. This research will analyze using qualitative methods and maudu'ī interpretation to explore the MMQ concept in the Al-Qur'an more comprehensively
