Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload on employee performance at Plataran Indonesia. Workload is one of the crucial factors that can influence the quality, productivity, and effectiveness of employee performance. Excessive workload may lead to stress, fatigue, and decreased motivation, while a balanced workload can improve effectiveness and achievement of organizational goals. This research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to Plataran Indonesia employees as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using a simple regression analysis. The results of this study are expected to provide insights into the relationship between workload and employee performance, which can serve as a reference for Plataran Indonesia’s management in developing human resource strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the control of glutinous rice raw material inventory at UMKM Ranginang Rizal People’s Taste in Cijambe Village using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The main problems faced by the UMKM include limited capital, simple inventory management, and high inventory costs due to conventional ordering policies. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach combined with quantitative analysis using EOQ calculations based on procurement and usage data of raw materials in 2024. The findings show that the conventional method applied by the UMKM generated a total inventory cost of IDR 12,030,000 per year, while the EOQ method required only IDR 1,200,000 per year. Furthermore, EOQ determined an optimal order quantity of 4,000 kg with one order per year, a safety stock of 199 kg, and a reorder point of 200 kg. Therefore, implementing EOQ significantly improves inventory control efficiency and reduces annual costs

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the management of activities within Hijrah communities in Subang Regency, as well as identify the factors influencing their effectiveness. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research provides an in-depth and contextual understanding of these phenomena. Data was gathered from four active Hijrah communities: Generasi Islam Urang Subang (Genius), Pemuda Cinta Islam (Peci), Komunitas Pejuang Akherat (Qopeah), and Majelis Istiqomah (Mistiq). The study employed several data collection techniques, including in-depth interviews with community members and leaders, participatory observation, and documentation analysis. The thematic analysis was used to identify, analyze, and report patterns within the data. The results indicate that effective community management is significantly influenced by strong leadership, active member participation, and external support from society and government. Additionally, well-organized management structures, innovative and relevant programs, regular leadership training, and efficient resource management were found to be critical for the success of these communities. The study concludes with recommendations for improving the management of Hijrah community activities, such as developing engaging programs, securing alternative funding sources, building strong external relationships, and conducting continuous evaluations to enhance activity management.

Abstract

The global coffee supply primarily depends on smallholder farmers, with millions relying on coffee as their main income. Many of these farmers live below the poverty line, face challenges with mechanization due to hilly terrain, and lack access to stable contracts, credit, and knowledge for long-term investment. Climate change further threatens coffee production, potentially halving supply by 2050. Indonesia's leadership in the halal economy is driven by its large Muslim population, rising awareness of the halal lifestyle, and government support. In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, halal supply chain management now covers all stages, from raw materials to product distribution, ensuring comprehensive halal compliance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive research type. The population in this study includes all consumers of Kenangan Coffee. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling with a sample of 123 Kenangan Coffee consumers from all age groups who purchased coffee at Kenangan Coffee outlets throughout Indonesia. The results of the analysis indicate that sustainability practices are identified through four main factors, which include energy consumption efficiency, waste reduction, the use of sustainable materials, environmentally friendly products, commitment to the local community, financial sustainability, and gender equality in the workforce. Meanwhile, the analysis of halal practices resulted in three main factors, focusing on compliance with halal standards, cleanliness and quality in the production process, as well as consumer trust and satisfaction with halal products, including a willingness to pay more for certified halal products.

Abstract

Halal micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in strengthening the Islamic economy and supporting national economic development. However, access to fair and sustainable Islamic financing for halal MSMEs remains limited due to constraints related to financing schemes and business capacity. This study aims to examine the current practices of Islamic financing for halal MSMEs and to formulate a maq??id al-shar?‘ah-based Islamic financing model to support sustainable business development. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis involving halal MSMEs and Islamic financial institutions. The findings reveal that Islamic financing for halal MSMEs is predominantly based on trade-based contracts, particularly mur?ba?ah, which tend to reflect a debt-oriented financing structure. From the perspective of maq??id al-shar?‘ah, Islamic financing has not yet fully supported the overall welfare of MSME actors, especially in terms of business mentoring and flexibility of financing schemes. This study proposes a maq??id al-shar?‘ah-based Islamic financing model that emphasizes partnership orientation, capacity building for MSME actors, and business sustainability. The proposed model is expected to serve as a reference for Islamic financial institutions and policymakers in developing more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable financing for halal MSMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of individual behavior on organizational performance at the Official Yamaha Arista Workshop. The research background is the important role of individual behavior such as attitude and motivation in the automotive service work environment, where human resources are the key to the success of company productivity. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach involving several employees as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of statistical software. The research results show that individual behavior does not have a significant positive effect on organizational performance. These findings do not confirm that developing employee behavior is a strategic step in improving service quality and company productivity. However, this research also provides practical implications for management to continue to pay attention to aspects of human resource development. The limitations of this research lie in the sample which only took one official workshop and the measurements were based on respondents' perceptions, so further research is needed with wider coverage and other additional variables.
