Abstract

Abstrak Social conditionsare determined by education. There is a strong relationship between education and society, and vice versa.It makes the position of the teachers, as part of the education and the public,are very important, especially in building religious harmony in a pluralistic society.In fact, it is not uncommonthat the use of religion in conflict and violence based on errors in interpreting and understanding the teachings of religion, and then obviously it is related to education.Means that education (in this case is religious education) has failed to fulfill its role and functions to generate religious man correctly and mutual respect.Therefore, pluralisticlife in the community - no doubt - should be a harmonization of life with the involvement of the social competence of Islamic teachers.He must be able to act as religious leaders as well as community leaders who educate, resolve conflicts, mediate, and being a role model, so that inter-religious harmony can be built up and maintained. Key Words: guru agama, masyarakat, plural, kerukunan, pembinaan

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan selama ini belum berhasil mengatasi krisis sosial, karena pendidikan terlalu terpesona dengan target-target akademis.Pendidikan karakter yang sudah mulai diimplementasi beberapa tahun terakhir oleh pemerintah di sekolah-sekolah formal belum bisa menjawab kebutuhan yang ada.Hal ini disebabkan pendidikan sekolah masih minim dan kesulitan dalam menerapkan aspek moral knowing, feeling dan action secara terintegrasi.Keadaan ini berbeda dengan pendidikan pondok pesantren yang sudah sejak lama sudah menerapkan pendidikan karakter dimana ketiga moral tersebut terbiasa diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penerapan ini bisa dilakukan efektif karena adanya contoh dari ustadz atau kiai, dan pendidikan 24 jam berada dalam satu lingkungan yang terintegrasi. Sayangnya model pendidikan karakter ala pesantren ini seolah terlupakan. Padahal ia sudah mengakar lama dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Untuk itu, sudah saat pendidikan karakter mendesak untuk efektif diterapkan dalam mengatasi persoalan sosial dengan melirik kearipan lokal yang ada di pendidikan pesantren. Kata kunci: pendidikan, karakter, pesantren, sosial.

Abstract

The topic of this research is “Managerial Skill of the Principals to Increase Teacher›s Performance in Promoting Excellence School (Research in SDIT Sabilul Huda and SDIT Sains al-Farabi)”. Based on the fact that management skill of the principals contributed to teachers performance, and in any way related in increasing the quality of teaching and learning in the school.The purpose of this research is to elaborate the role of the principals in implementing management functions: planning, organizing, actuating, controlling and evaluating of school resources; in order to promote better teaching and learning in the class through teacher›s performance. Research used descriptive qualitative approach, while data collected by interview, observation, and documentation study, focused on the principals, teachers, and school committee.Characteristic of the sample is SDIT Sabilul Huda at the educational area and SDIT Sains al-Farabi at non educational area. Research concluded: (1) the principals in general have implemented school based management (SBM) through implementation principles of management functions: planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating in increasing the goal of teaching and learning in the school. (2) Teachers performance is really good and produced better teaching process. (3) The school committee always encourages and support the school beside to supervise and to facilitate the development of teaching quality. (4) The difference of community participation due to limited of resources and prosperity. (5) Principals created to promote students’ achievement through collaboration with the parent and school committee. Research recommended (1) SDIT Sabilul Huda school must promote to be benchmarking school for academic achievement and education of religious values. (2) SDIT Sains al-Farabi should promote to be excellence school in the sciences faulty world view cannot be separated with religious values. (4) Education office should facilitate financial and school facilities in order to increase better teaching and learning process. (5) Supervisors should be proactive in carrying out their duties. (6) Further research is needed to complete these findings.

Abstract

Pesantren should not only concentrate on developing religious education only, but also must be concerned local economy. This concern is a manifestation of partnership management between pesantren and community. In fact, many Pesantrens are not able to play such a role in an integrated way. This study aimed to find partnership management patterns in Pesantren Alam Internasional Saung Balong al-Barokah and the community in the context of management education in economics and education. The research method was qualitative. Instruments of collecting data were an interview, unstructured observation, and documentation. Data validation was done through credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability. Techniques of data analysis were done by collecting the data, reducing data, displaying data, and concluding data. Researcher found that Pesantren Alam Internasional Saung Balong al-Barokah successfully worked together in harmony with the community in economic empowerment and education in an integrated way, so could provide the benefits. These findings should be emulated by other pesantren.

Abstract

Management of STAIS in Cirebon Region III should be flexible, fast,innovative, and integrated with creative human resources. Therefore, Islamic private colleges are required to be able to adapt, develop and conduct learning through learning organization (Kogut and Zander, 1992; Henderson and Cockburn 1994). This study aimed to verify and analyze the influence of learning organization capabilities on competencies, level of diversification, and performance of Islamic private college in Cirebon Region III West Java. In order to achieve and maintain competitive advantages in a business environment that changes rapidly, the organizations must be able to increase their capacities of learning (Marquardt, 1996:15). This study used quantitative methods. Research respondents were all management team of 6 STAIS in Region III Cirebon. Respondents totaled 134 people consist of 31 leaders as population, 59 employees, and 41 lecturers as samples. Research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) version 5 and SPSS version 15.0. The study results showed that there were significant influences of learning organization capability on competence of Islamic private colleges. Therefore, the research hypothesis one (H1) which stated that the ability of learning organization of STAIS effect significantly on the competences STAIS were accepted. The positive direction indicated that the increased ability of learning organization conducted by STAIS in Cirebon Region III will cause it able to increase its competences. Based on the important findings of this study, then to improve its performance, it is advisable to STAIS to improve the competence of lecturers a valuable, rare, difficult to imitate and hard to replace and increase diversification through a number of courses and interrelated courses.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out whether the love of money affects the ethical perception of accounting students. The survey was developed based on the Kecurang action and the love of the money scale given to 57 undergraduate accounting students in two colleges.-The approach used is multiple linear regression, based on test T and test F for the processing of data performed. Student accounting looks at fraudulent actions outside of class because it is more unethical than a cheating in the classroom. Because outside of class will cause unwanted factors by money lovers.

Abstract

Cultural village tourism is a cultural village tourism area that still preserves the traditions and culture of its ancestors. Local cultural village tourism that is there is characterized by conditions that are still in harmony with nature. Even though the times and technology are developing rapidly, the people in the area of a cultural village tour still maintain the existing customary traditions. Apart from maintaining existing traditions, the community also introduces domestic tourists to how life is in the area, this includes explaining how the daily life of the tourist population maintains the continuity of ancestral traditions. This paper aims to dig deeper into the prospects for cultural village tourism after the Covid-19 pandemic. In writing this paper, researchers used the literature review research method or literature studies obtained from several sources such as the Unas Journal, Researchgate, and AcademiaEdu. According to the University of Illinois, The Advantages Literature Review allows readers to get to know the latest insights into their particular topic, as well as about its limitations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect for managerial ownership, institutional ownership, capital structure and CEO compensation on the cash holding. This study uses quantitative methods and secondary data from the annual financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The populations used in this study were the trade, service and investment sectors of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. The technique of entering the samples used purposive sampling technique. The analytical tehniqued used was multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22 program. The results of the study reveal that partially managerial ownership has a negative significant effect on cash holding, capital structure has negative significant effect on cash holding, CEO compensation has a positive significant effect on cash holding, while institutional ownership has no effect on cash holding. As for the simultaneous results that managerial ownership, institutional ownership, capital structure and CEO compensation have an effect on cash holding.

Abstract

Manajemen Laboratorium Komputer mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan kreativitas pembelajaran siswa yang terdapat pada suatu lembaga pendidikan. Pada dasarnya dengan adanya manajemen laboratorium yang baik akan menjadikan dan akan mempermudah suatu lembaga dalam mencapai sebuah tujuan yang telah direncanakan sejak awal. Pada era modern sekarang khususnya seseorang dituntut untuk lebih mengikuti zaman terutama dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bermaksud melihat manajemen laboratorium komputer dalam peningkatan kreativitas pembelajaran siswa di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang.Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis tiga hal yaitu: 1). Bagaimana Manajemen Laboratorium Komputer di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang? 2). Bagaimana Peningkatan Kreativitas Pembelajaran di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang? 3). Bagaimana Manajemen Laboratorium Komputer dalam Peningkatan Kreativitas Pembelajaran di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang?Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang yaitu dalam proses perencanaan pengadaan alat laboratorium komputer itu diadakan dua kali dalam setahun, dan untuk pemeliharaan laboratorium komputer sendiri, kepala laboratorium berperan penting dalam pemeliharaan serta pengawasan pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung di dalam laboratorium komputer. Dan sebelum dilakukannya proses pembelajaran, kepala laboratorium komputer harus memastikan ruangan laboratorium komputer dalam kondisi bersih, semua komputer dalam kondisi menyala dan siap untuk digunakan praktik.
