Abstract

The implementation of the Sea Alms in Tambak Lorok Village is carried out in the months of Apit and Suro, this year the sea alms will be held in June. This study aims to examine the process of sea alms and analyze the impact of the sea alms ceremony. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documents. The location of this research is Tambak Lorok Village, Tanjungmas Village. Sea alms have cultural values ​​​​of mutual cooperation, sharing by feeding marine biota, there are disaster values, and there are cultural values ​​​​of loving the surrounding nature. The positive impacts of sea alms are as an effort to preserve fish and marine biota, as an effort to reduce plastic waste, strengthen brotherhood, and create economic impacts in the form of increased income due to boat rentals at the sea alms ceremony. The negative impacts of sea alms include throwing women's clothing items that are very difficult to decompose, so they can become trash on the seabed and can damage coral reefs. Makeup items such as vanity mirrors that are thrown into the sea are also very dangerous for marine life, as glass is a sharp object and can injure marine life. Glass embedded in the seabed can also be dangerous for divers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber air Tuk perlu dijaga kelestariannya dengan melakukan pengembangkan media yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian 1) Mengembangkan media papan informasi berbasis peta digital 2) Mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media terhadap pengetahuan masyarakat. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampel Purposive yaitu berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pengumpulan data observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yaitu deskriptif, uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan t-test. Hasil penelitian 1) Pengembangan media ADDIE yaitu Analysis permasalahan berupa minimnya pemeliharaan dan ketersediaan informasi Sumber Air, design dengan menyusun tampilan media menggunakan Google My Maps berbasis GIS, development dengan membuat tautan atau link peta digital dan dilakukan validasi ahli media dengan skor 91%  lalu dilakukan revisi, implementation adalah memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai fungsi serta tata cara penggunaan QR Code dan evaluation kekurangan serta kelebihan media. 2) Berdasarkan uji t-test pengembangan media Papan Informasi berbasis Peta Digital  memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan masyarakat dengan nilai Sig 0,011 hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari perilaku masyarakat yang semakin meningkat dengan adanya informasi dan tata cara pemeliharaan sumber air Tuk Gedat.  Abstract:  The sustainability of water sources needs to be maintained by developing media that can increase public knowledge. Research objectives: 1) To develop digital map-based information boards; 2) To determine the effect of media use on public knowledge. The research method is development research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is purposive, based on specific criteria. Data collection methods observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and tests. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, normality, homogeneity, and t-tests. Research results 1) ADDIE media development, namely analysis of problems in the form of minimal maintenance and availability of water source information, design by compiling media displays using Google My Maps based on GIS, development by creating digital map links and conducting media expert validation of 91%, then revisions were made, implementation was to provide in-depth understanding of the functions and procedures for using QR codes, and evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the media. 2) Based on the t-test, the development of Digital Map-based Information Board media has an effect on public knowledge with a Sig value 0.011. This can be seen from the increasing behavior of the community with availability of information and procedures for maintaining the Tuk Gedat water source.
