Objective: Indonesian School Kuala Lumpur is a school established by the Indonesian Ministry of Education to facilitate study groups for Indonesian children in Malaysia. This study focuses on the development of E-LKPD to improve critical thinking skills in Indonesian schools in Kuala Lumpur. This study uses the "RADEC" learning model because it is considered capable of optimal collaboration for use in 21st-century learning criteria. Method: This study uses a research and development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques on Validity are measured by 3 validators using validation sheets, practicality is measured by 3 observers using observer sheets, and effectiveness is measured by the SPSS One Group Posttest Only test and seen from student response questionnaires. Analysis of the validity and effectiveness of the data is seen from the average assessment of each validator and observer. The main data analysis on effectiveness is carried out by normality tests and One-sample Tests. Results: The main findings showed an increase in critical thinking skills after using a single-sample test, indicating that the use of E-LKPD based on the "RADEC" learning model is feasible in improving critical thinking skills, especially in science learning on vibration and waves.. Therefore, the use of teaching materials is recommended for use in science learning on vibration and waves, especially to improve critical thinking skills. Novelty:This study introduces innovation in learning media by developing e-LKPD that integrates the RADEC learning model to improve critical thinking skills of Indonesian school students in Kuala Lumpur.
