Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic priority in higher education, influencing not only institutional processes but also how universities are perceived by stakeholders. However, research on digital transformation and university image remains fragmented across disciplines.This study employs a quantitative bibliometric approach to systematically map global research on digital transformation and university image. A dataset of 331 publications indexed in Scopus (2018–2025) was retrieved using a structured search strategy. Data were cleaned and analyzed using Publish or Perish for citation metrics and VOSviewer for science mapping, including co-authorship, co-occurrence, and co-citation analyses.The findings reveal a significant increase in publications after 2020, indicating growing scholarly interest in the topic. Research output is geographically concentrated in countries such as Germany, China, and the United Kingdom, with strong international collaboration networks. Keyword co-occurrence analysis identifies four major thematic clusters: digital transformation and innovation, higher education governance and strategy, digital leadership and organizational change, and stakeholder perception and university image. The results suggest a shift from technology-focused discussions toward institutional and strategic perspectives.The study highlights an emerging conceptual convergence in which digital transformation is increasingly framed as an institutional capability linked to stakeholder experience and university image formation. Despite this development, gaps remain in the operationalization and measurement of university image within digital contexts.This study provides a comprehensive overview of the intellectual structure and evolution of the field, offering directions for future research and strategic insights for higher education institutions navigating digital transformation.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi hukum masyarakat dalam transaksi jual beli guna memperkuat kepercayaan ekonomi di Desa Sampean. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah rendahnya pemahaman terhadap aspek hukum dalam aktivitas ekonomi, seperti hak dan kewajiban para pihak, perjanjian, serta perlindungan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, dan studi kasus sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap konsep transaksi jual beli dalam perspektif hukum ekonomi, termasuk pentingnya kejelasan perjanjian dan perlindungan hukum sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Selain itu, masyarakat juga menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya bukti transaksi dan penyelesaian sengketa secara hukum. Pendekatan sosialisasi yang interaktif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman peserta. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam memperkuat literasi hukum serta meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi ekonomi. Dengan meningkatnya pemahaman hukum, diharapkan masyarakat dapat menjalankan aktivitas ekonomi secara lebih aman, adil, dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Land registration through the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program is a strategic government initiative aimed at providing legal certainty over land ownership for all Indonesian citizens. As a member of the Adjudication Committee, the village head (Lurah) holds a pivotal role in facilitating data collection, community coordination, and the resolution of land boundary disputes at the grassroots level. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the village head's role within the Adjudication Committee in the implementation of the PTSL program in Sitamiang Baru Village, Padangsidimpuan City. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observation, and documentation involving key informants including village head officials, BPN (National Land Agency) staff, and community members. The findings indicate that the village head has effectively carried out their role as a member of the Adjudication Committee, as evidenced by active participation in data verification, facilitation of community socialization, and mediation of land boundary disputes. Supporting factors include strong coordination between the village head and BPN officers, as well as high community participation. However, minor challenges such as incomplete administrative documents and limited public awareness were also identified. The study concludes that the village head's role is a determining factor in the success of PTSL implementation, and recommends strengthening capacity-building programs for village heads to sustain program effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to synthesize the existing literature on the role of perceived educational quality in shaping higher education intentions. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA framework was employed. A total of 155 articles were identified, and 78 articles published between 2020 and 2025 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. The findings indicate that perceived educational quality is a multidimensional construct consisting of teaching quality, service quality, institutional reputation, academic environment, student–faculty interaction, and graduate employability, all of which contribute to students’ intentions to pursue higher education. The review further reveals that previous studies have produced inconsistent findings regarding the most influential dimensions of educational quality, resulting in fragmented theoretical understanding. This study addresses this gap by providing a comprehensive synthesis of the existing evidence and identifying key dimensions that consistently influence higher education intentions across different contexts. The findings contribute to the development of a more integrated conceptual framework and offer practical insights for higher education institutions in designing effective recruitment, marketing, and student retention strategies.
