Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rini Cosmetics Shop. This research is quantitative byinterpreting the independent and dependent variables. This study aims to determine the effectof service quality, product quality, and price on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction atRini Cosmetic store customers by using 50 respondents as a research sample and thesampling technique using accidental sampling. The data analysis method used is aquantitative analysis method including validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearitytest and regression significance, homogeneity test, hypothesis requirements and statisticalhypotheses. Data analysis in this study used path analysis (Path) with the help of the SPSSversion 25.0 application. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct influencebetween service quality and customer satisfaction at Rini cosmetic shops. There is a directeffect of product quality on customer satisfaction at Rini Cosmetics stores. There is a directeffect of price on customer satisfaction at Rini Cosmetic stores. There is a direct effect ofservice quality on customer loyalty to Rini Cosmetic stores. There is an effect of productquality on customer loyalty to Rini Cosmetic stores. There is an effect of price on customerloyalty to Rini Cosmetic stores. There is a direct effect of customer satisfaction on customerloyalty to Rini Cosmetic Stores

Abstract

Human resources who work in an organization or company have the ability to improve thequality of their performance, so that every employee who works in an organization mustreally be able to carry out factors that can help employees get the title with good qualityperformance. To achieve satisfactory employee performance, professional skills are neededto achieve it through several stages, in the world of organizations paying attention toemployee performance is something that is very important to do in achieving anorganizational goal or in increasing competitiveness and maintaining sustainability. researchsamples are employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andala Metro City. The research design is aquantitative research method used in this study is a survey and questionnaire. The populationand sample of this research are employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andala Metro City with apopulation of 70 and a sample of 56 employees. Data collection techniques using aquestionnaire. The analytical tool used is Regression Analysis. The results of the study showthat training, satisfaction and teamwork on employee performance with leadership as amoderating variable have a positive and significant effect on employees

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher's curiosity regarding how Organizational Commitment, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction can have a significant influence on Employee Performance at the TBS Kelapa Sawit CV. Makmur Partners. The aim that researchers want to achieve in this research is to find out whether organizational commitment and compensation influence employee performance and to find out whether organizational commitment and compensation influence employee performance through job satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, in the data collection process the researcher used a questionnaire distribution technique to 30 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Requirements Analysis Test and path analysis test. The research results show that organizational commitment has a direct effect on employee performance, compensation has a direct effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a direct effect on employee performance through job satisfaction ( ). Compensation influences employee performance through job satisfaction, and job satisfaction influences employee performance ( ).

Abstract

In its existence, small industries often experience ups and downs, there are many problems in its development. This can be based on the factors of natural resources, human resources, production equipment technology, marketing relations, and the lack of small and medium business development. The main problem is in the process of developing a business or maintaining a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the non-financial and financial feasibility conditions of the bamboo tambir woven handicraft household industry in Gondang Rejo Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung. This research contains an overview of the company and business feasibility in terms of various specific aspects. By choosing the descriptive type because it presented more accurate data, besides that the form was simple, and technically easy to understand. The aspects in question were non-financial aspects and financial aspects. Non-financial aspects in this study included market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, organizational and management aspects, social, economic and cultural aspects, and environmental aspects. While the financial aspects in this study included Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Net Benefit Cost Ratio, and Payback Period. It can be concluded that in the home industry business the bamboo tambir craft was feasible to run. This can be seen from the results of the non-financial aspect analysis, it was found that the business of woven bamboo drums in Gondang Rejo Village was feasible to run. The results of the analysis of the financial aspects of the business feasibility studied show that it was feasible to run. The Village Government must increase its attention to the community in running a business so that it can be more advanced and developed by establishing a special forum for bamboo craftsmen business groups, with the aim of getting the attention of the industry and trade department. The people of Gondang Rejo Village can take advantage of this business opportunity because it is profitable. It will be a loss if you just stand by. In fact, income will not come by itself without doing some effort.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions from consumers regarding the products they produce is something thatis of concern to every business person in formulating a strong marketing strategy in order tomaximize profits, create consumer satisfaction and be able to compete with businesses. Thereis a problem at the location of the object of my research, namely the decline in decisions.purchases caused by promotions and selling prices compared to competitors resulted in adecrease in consumers and made consumers consider purchasing decisions at the BaksoKembar Home Industry in Metro City. This research aims to find out whether promotionsinfluence halal labeling, to find out whether price influences halal labeling, to find outwhether promotions influence purchasing decisions, to find out whether price influencespurchasing decisions, to find out whether halal labeling influences purchasing decisions.This research uses quantitative research, taking a sample of 57 Bakso Kembar Metro Cityconsumers. Data collection uses the questionnaire method and data analysis uses ValidityTest, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test and Variable Regression Analysis using the program (SPSS 22). The results of the research show that thereis a direct influence between Promotion on Halal Labeling, There is a direct influencebetween Price on Halal Labeling, There is a direct influence between Promotion onPurchasing Decisions, There is a direct influence between Price on Purchasing Decisions,There is a direct influence between Labeling Halal on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work spirit, work commitment on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 63 employees registered at PT. Pln (Persero) Up3 Metro City only 54 samples used were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 21 program.Based on the results of statistical tests show that Work Discipline, Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the productivity of catfish farming businessin Batanghari District, East Lampung. The main focus of this research is feed quality,environmental management, and seed quality. The method used is a quantitative approachwith data collection through interviews and direct observation at the business site. The resultsof the analysis show that feed quality has a significant positive influence on productivity. Inaddition, good environmental management has also been proven to contribute to increasingcatfish productivity. Seed quality also plays an important role in the success of cultivation.Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on the productivity of thecatfish farming business. The results of this study are expected to provide input for farmersand policy makers to increase catfish cultifation yields sustainably
