Abstract

This study aims to advance FinTech scholarship by reconceptualizing financial technology as a socio-technical entity embedded within broader digital financial systems, addressing the limitations of technology-centric and efficiency-oriented approaches that dominate existing literature. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of peer-reviewed international articles published between 2021 and 2026. Drawing on multidisciplinary sources from information systems, finance, regulation, and socio-technical studies, the review applies a transparent and replicable selection process and thematic synthesis to identify dominant patterns, conceptual shifts, and research gaps. The findings reveal a clear conceptual transition in recent FinTech research toward integrative socio-technical analyses that emphasize the co-evolution of digital infrastructures, institutional arrangements, regulatory governance, and social practices. Platformization and datafication emerge as central dynamics reshaping market power, financial inclusion, and systemic risk. The review demonstrates that FinTech technologies generate context-dependent outcomes influenced by regulatory capacity, data governance regimes, institutional trust, and user practices. The study highlights the need for ecosystem-level approaches to FinTech governance that move beyond firm-centric regulation. Financial inclusion is shown to be a contingent socio-technical outcome rather than an automatic effect of digitalization, while systemic risk increasingly arises from platform interdependencies, data concentration, and algorithmic opacity.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the competence of class XII economic teachers at MA Ma'Arif NU Cimanggu, 2) To determine the learning achievement of economic subjects in class XII at MA Ma'Arif NU Cimanggu, 3) To determine the effect of competence teachers towards student achievement in class XII in economic subjects at MA Ma'Arif NU Cimanggu.This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The method used is a survey method. The techniques used to carry out the analysis using simple regression techniques, From the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) The category of economic teacher competence at MA Ma'Arif NU Cimanggu, Cilacap Regency which was in the low category was 2 respondents or 15.4%, in the moderate category as many as 10 respondents or 76.9 % and in the high category as much as 1 respondent or equal to 7.7%. (2) The descriptive results of determining the predicate of the value of the 13 respondents obtained the results: 1 or 7.7% of the students got the very good category, as many as 4 or as much as 30 , 7% of students scored in the good category, as many as 8 or 61.6% of students scored in the sufficient category and there were no students who scored in the poor predicate. (3) There was an influence between the competence of economic teachers on learning achievement in economic subjects with a significance value of 0.000. The regression equation can be written: Y = 28,448 + 1,072X. The R value or the correlation value between variables is 0.469 or 46.9%. Meanwhile, the R Square value of 0.355 implies that the effect of economic teacher competence on learning achievement in economic subjects in class XII MA Ma'arif Cimanggu, Cilacap Regency is 35.5%. Abstract

Increasingly advanced developments have raised society's demands for quality education, forcing schools to manage their finances more effectively, efficiently, and transparently. Applying appropriate financial management principles is very important to ensure that funds are used optimally, to support the quality of education, and to build trust among all stakeholders. This research examines the principles of financial management in schools, focusing on transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency in managing educational funds. This research uses a literature review method with data collected from various academic sources such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, and ProQuest. The collected data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Source triangulation was used to test the validity of the data. The results of this research underscore the importance of implementing the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency in school finance management. 1) Transparency ensures the disclosure of financial information to all stakeholders. 2) Accountability requires clear responsibility in the management of funds. 3) Effectiveness is determined by the extent to which funds support the achievement of educational goals, and 4) Efficiency emphasizes the optimal use of resources at minimal cost. By applying these financial management principles, schools can build trust, maximize returns on expenditures, and ensure that educational services are of high quality and sustainable. Proper application of these principles is an essential step for the success and sustainability of schools.

Abstract

The rapid development of the automotive industry in Indonesia has made the level of competition even tighter, especially in the motorcycle industry. This needs to be done so that companies can work for other people to be able to compete in the free market. Therefore, companies compete in promotional media. UD. Mekar Chandra Jaya Majenang is one of the official HONDA dealers in collaboration with the FIF Group leasing company. UD. Mekar Chandra Jaya Majenang requires communication between companies and consumers that can be used to introduce products or services by using and implementing a marketing communication mix. The purpose of implementing the marketing communication mix is to select and implement which sales promotion channels are appropriate to increase sales and obtain reciprocal communications from consumers to obtain positive publicity among the public. The company also continues to improve and innovate on sales strategies to increase product sales volume.
