Abstract

Abstract: This Community Service Program was carried out with the Gemilang II Women Farmers Group (KWT Gemilang II) to enhance digital capacity in marketing Mocaf flour products. The main problems faced by the partners were low digital literacy, the absence of a systematic marketing strategy, and limited skills in promotional content creation. The implementation method included an initial survey to map needs, preparation of training materials, digital literacy socialization, creation of social media accounts, and assistance in producing promotional content. The results showed that the partners began to understand the role of social media and e-commerce, established official promotional accounts, and were able to independently produce simple content. The conclusion of this program is that the improved digital capacity of KWT Gemilang II provides a foundation for more sustainable online-based marketing management while supporting local economic development through alternative food products. Keywords: digital marketing; entrepreneurship; KWT Gemilang II; MOCAF; UMKM Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Gemilang II dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas digital dalam memasarkan produk tepung Mocaf. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah rendahnya literasi digital, ketiadaan strategi pemasaran yang sistematis, dan keterbatasan dalam produksi konten promosi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui survei awal untuk pemetaan kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, sosialisasi literasi digital, pembuatan akun media sosial, serta pendampingan pembuatan konten promosi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra mulai memahami fungsi media sosial dan e-commerce, memiliki akun resmi untuk promosi, serta mampu menghasilkan konten sederhana secara mandiri. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas digital KWT Gemilang II menjadi fondasi dalam pengelolaan pemasaran berbasis online yang lebih berkelanjutan, sekaligus mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis pangan alternatif.. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk mengelola data secara terkomputerisasi guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengolahan informasi. Pada Dinas Perindustrian Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, data transaksi pajak masih tersimpan dalam beberapa sheet spreadsheet sehingga proses pemeriksaan dan pengelompokkan data menjadi kurang efisien. Banyaknya data transaksi juga menyulitkan staf dalam melakukan analisis dan pengelompokkan transaksi pajak secara cepat dan terstruktur.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode K-Means Clustering berbasis website dalam mengelompokkan transaksi pajak pada Dinas Perindustrian Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data transaksi berdasarkan kemiripan karakteristik sehingga transaksi dengan pola yang serupa dapat berada dalam kelompok yang sama. Sistem berbasis website yang dibangun diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengolahan dan penyajian informasi data transaksi pajak secara lebih efektif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode K-Means Clustering dapat membantu proses pengelompokkan transaksi pajak menjadi lebih terstruktur dan mempermudah analisis data transaksi. Dengan penerapan sistem berbasis website, proses pengelompokan data menjadi lebih cepat, terorganisir, dan mudah diakses oleh pengguna.

Abstract

CV Titan Jaya Travelindo (Titan Travel) is a travel agency in Palembang offering domestic and international Tour packages. The existing semi-conventional booking process via phone, WhatsApp, and direct counter visits causes booking backlogs, manual recording errors, the absence of an intelligent recommendation system, and difficulties in real-time financial monitoring. This study builds an integrated website-based online booking application using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) as a smart recommendation engine, developed with the Waterfall methodology using Next.js and MySQL. TOPSIS evaluates packages on four criteria: ticket price (weight 35%, Cost), vehicle/hotel facilities (weight 25%, Benefit), departure time (weight 20%, Cost), and travel duration (weight 20%, Cost). Applied to five alternatives, TOPSIS ranked the Palembang–Yogyakarta 2D1N Domestic Package first with a relative preference value (Vi) of 0.6177, while the Singapore 3D2N International Package ranked last with Vi = 0.3456. Blackbox Testing across 16 scenarios yielded a 100% pass rate, confirming full compliance with functional specifications.

Abstract

Background Inventory management is essential for ensuring the availability, traceability, and proper maintenance of organizational assets. However, the XYZ City Fire and Disaster Management Department still manages inventory using Microsoft Excel, resulting in inefficient data processing, limited accessibility, and a high risk of data entry errors. Purpose This study aims to develop a web-based inventory management system integrated with the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm to improve inventory management efficiency and automatically evaluate equipment feasibility. Methodology A web-based inventory application was developed to manage inventory records and classify equipment conditions using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. System performance was evaluated using classification metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Findings The developed system successfully automated inventory management and equipment feasibility assessment. Experimental results showed that the KNN model achieved 100% accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, demonstrating its effectiveness in classifying equipment as either suitable for continued use or requiring replacement. Implications The proposed system provides a practical solution for improving inventory management by increasing data accuracy, accelerating decision-making, and supporting real-time monitoring of equipment conditions. Although the system performed exceptionally well in this study, further validation using larger and more diverse datasets is recommended to evaluate its scalability and generalizability.. Originality This study integrates a web-based inventory management system with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm to automate equipment feasibility evaluation in a fire and disaster management agency, providing an accurate, efficient, and real-time decision-support tool for inventory management.
