Abstract

BUMDes is a village-owned business institution controlled by the community or village government to strengthen the village economy and shape the capabilities of a village based on the needs and potential of the community and village. The establishment of BUMDes is a manifestation of productive village economic management which includes planning, organizing, directing and supervision. This research aims to determine the management of BUMDes in Sharia business management. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data sources obtained through observation and interviews. The results of this research show that BUMDes Mandiri Jaya, Pemusiran Village, Mandiangin District, which started operating in 2017 in Pemusiran Village, has been running in accordance with the objectives of establishing BUMDes. However, there are still obstacles in managing BUMDes, such as limited types of businesses being run, limited human resources managing BUMDes and low community participation due to their low level of knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the causes of problematic financing at Micro Waqf Banks, to find out the impact of problematic financing at Micro Waqf Banks and to understand the handling of BWM settlements for problematic financing at As'ad Islamic Boarding School Micro Waqf Banks. The research method used is qualitative. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation and interviews. The results of this research show that (1) The causes of Problematic Financing in Micro Waqf Banks are intentional elements such as the poor character of customers who deliberately do not want to pay installments and unintentional elements such as a decline in economic conditions and disasters occurring. (2) The impact of problematic financing on Micro Waqf Banks, namely decreasing BWM income, the impact of a bad image not only impacting the intra-institution but later external parties will also have a negative view of the Institution. employee time and energy spent going directly to the customer's location. (3) Handling the BWM Settlement for Problematic Financing of the As'ad Islamic Boarding School Micro Waqf Bank, namely by having a jointly responsible group, visiting the customer's residence (silaturrahmi) and providing an extension of time to the customer.

Abstract

The positive movement of sharia banking in the last 2 years has not been accompanied by public literacy about sharia banking, which is only 11% with penetration below 7%. Public literacy regarding sharia banking is very minimal, where a group of individuals only "know" about the existence of sharia banking and know little about the products available in sharia banking. The reason for conducting this research is to determine the role of Islamic Economics Study Program students who have studied and are familiar with sharia banking products and contracts in increasing the literacy of families and surrounding communities about sharia banking, and the surrounding community, and to explain the role of Islamic Economics Study Program students in inviting families and surrounding communities to interact with sharia banking. The type of research the author conducted included field research. The primary data sources in this research are students of the 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 Islamic Economics Study Program, while the secondary data sources in this research are indirect sources such as books, journals and theses. The author's data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation with data processing carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. Based on research data, it can be concluded that students have maximally introduced sharia banking products and contracts and have invited their families and surrounding communities to interact with sharia banking. However, from the results of providing outreach there are still those who are not yet interested in interacting with sharia banks

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Security on the Interest in Using E-Wallets from an Islamic Economics perspective. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with the population consisting of undergraduate students from the Islamic Economics Study Program at Jambi University, cohorts 2021–2023. The sampling method used is simple random sampling, resulting in a total sample of 204 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 26 application. The results indicate that, partially, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness have a positive but not significant effect on the Interest in Using E-Wallets, whereas Security has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on the Interest in Using E-Wallets.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics by grocery traders in Pasar Anyar Tangerang in increasing customer loyalty. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the four axioms of Islamic ethics according to Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi, namely tauhid (unity), balance (equilibrium), free will, and responsibility (responsibility). The results of the study show that traders apply Islamic ethical values ​​such as honesty, religiosity, justice, good service in providing freedom of transaction to customers, and responsibility in maintaining the quality and comfort of buyers. The application of these values ​​has been proven to play a role in increasing customer loyalty, which is reflected in indicators such as repeat purchases, trust, and willingness to recommend to others. In addition, despite the challenges due to the market revitalization process, traders continue to strive to maintain the principles of Islamic ethics in trading, which has a positive impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to gain an understanding of the condition of recipients of the uninhabitable house renovation program by BAZNAS West Tanjung Jabung Regency, analyzing the impact on recipients and the effectiveness of the program. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, data collected and obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity test using extended observation techniques, triangulation and reference materials. The results of this research show that the BAZNAS West Tanjung Jabung Regency renovation program for uninhabitable houses is said to be effective by using 4 benchmarks or aspects, namely the task aspect, plan aspect, regulatory aspect and goal aspect, and shows that this program has a good impact on the lives of mustahik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of hedonistic lifestyle, flash sales, and e-payment on the impulsive buying behavior of e-commerce users among students at the University of Jambi from an Islamic economic perspective. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample size is set at 100 respondents, using probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling method. The data used is primary data collected through a digital questionnaire using Google Forms with a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted with the assistance of SPSS 30 software. The results of the t-test show that hedonistic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying behavior, flash sales have a positive and significant impact on impulsive buying behavior, while e-payment has a negative and insignificant effect on impulsive buying behavior and the F-test results indicate that hedonistic lifestyle, flash sales, and e-payment together have a positive and significant effect on buying behavior.
