<![CDATA[Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Primkop Polda Kalbar. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengurus memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi anggota pada Primer Koperasi Kepolisian Daerah Kalimatan Barat yang ditunjukkan dengan formulasi Y=20,519+0,297X. berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 22, t hitung sebesar 4,830. Sedangkan t tabel dengan responden 94 anggota sehingga derajat kebebasan df = 94 – 2 – 1= 91, maka t tabel sebesar 1,9864 dari hasil tersebut, dibandingkan antara t hitung dengan t tabel. Dihasilkan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (4,830 > 1,9864) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Koefesien determinasi (R2) dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kontribusi pengaruh variabel (x) yaitu kinerja pengurus terhadap motivasi menabung anggota sebesar 20,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.  Kata Kunci : Kinerja Pengurus, Partisipasi Anggota Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the board's performance against the participation of members of the Cooperative Primkop West Kalimantan Police.
