<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyediaan bacaan berbentuk refutation text untuk meremediasi miskonsepsi siswa pada materi pesawat sederhana di kelas V SD Negeri 10 Selintah Kabupaten Sekadau. Dengan rancangan percobaan yaitu Pre-Experimental Design dengan bentuk One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Sebanyak 13 siswa kelas V yang berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini. Tes diagnostik bentuk pilihan ganda disertai alasan, digunakan untuk mengetahui rata-rata persentase miskonsepsi siswa. Dari hasil analisis data, rata-rata persentase miskonsepsi siswa pada pretest sebesar 85,38% dan rata-rata persentase miskonsepsi siswa pada posttest sebesar 69,23%. Hal ini berarti terjadi perubahan rata-rata persentase miskonsepsi siswa sebesar 17,75%. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan uji McNemar pada setiap indikator, jumlah keseluruhan tidak terjadi perubahan konsepsi siswa yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah remediasi. Nilai efektifitas dengan bahan bacaan berbentuk refutation text untuk meremediasi miskonsepsi siswa pada materi pesawat sederhana di kelas V SD Negeri 10 Selintah Kabupaten Sekadau adalah 0,25 tergolong rendah.
