Abstrak : Penelitian Tindakan Kelas mengenai “Penerapan metode kerja kelompok dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Sungai kunyit. Adapun  masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah dengan metode kerja kelompok dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Sungai Kunyit dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 07 Sungai Kunyit dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial dengan menggunakan metode kerja kelompok. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah PTK. Teknik dan alat pengumpul data adalah teknik observasi langsung dan lembar observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian dengan penerapan mmetode kerja kelompok Dari rekapitulasi hasil belajar siswa jumlah siklus I  910 atau rata-rata 60,67 meningkat menjadi 1080 atau rata-rata 72. Dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 11,33.   Kata kunci; Metode kerja kelompok, Pembelajaran IPS, Hasil Belajar   Abstract: Action research on "The implementation of group work in teaching Social Sciences to improve student learning outcomes Class III Public Elementary School 07 Sungai Kunyit turmeric. The common problem in this study is "Does the group work method can improve the results of the third grade students of State Elementary School 07 Turmeric Sungai Kunyit in the subjects of Social Sciences". The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes Class III Public Elementary School 07 Sungai Kunyit Turmeric in Social Science subjects using group work. This research method is to use a descriptive method. The shape of this study is TOD. Techniques and tools for collecting data is the technique of direct observation and direct observation sheet. The results of the research with the implementation of group work method recapitulation of student learning first cycle number 910, or an average of 60.67 increased to 1080 or an average of 72.
