Abstract

B.IndonesiaKebakaran adalah bencana yang tak terduga, bisa terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja, tak terkecuali di ruang panel chiller Bandar Udara Juanda Surabaya yang belum dilengkapi dengan sistem pemadam kebakaran secara otomatis. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan perancangan Clean Agent Fire Suppression System yang mengacu pada aturan NFPA 2001 dan SNI 03-3985-2000. Clean agent fire suppression system yang dirancang pada ruang panel chiller Bandar Udara Juanda Surabaya, memerlukan analisa pada bagian-bagian tertentu mulai dari kebutuhan pasokan clean agent yang harus tersedia, menentukan jumlah dan jenis nozzle, penentuan diameter pipa, menentukan jumlah dan jenis smoke detector yang harus tersedia. Dengan analisa tersebut, dapat ditentukan spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan dari bagian-bagian clean agent fire suppression system agar tidak terjadi kegagalan dalam beroperasi. Metode yang digunakan perancangan ini adalah dengan melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan clean agent yang diperlukan jika terjadi kebakaran, penentuan jumlah dan jenis nozzle sesuai dengan karakteristik ruangan, penentuan diameter pipa berdasarkan flow rate, sampai penentuan jumlah dan jenis detector yang akan digunakan pada ruangan tersebut. It is necessary for the design of Clean Agent Fire Suppression System, which refers to the rules of NFPA 2001 and SNI 03-3985-2000. Clean agent fire suppression system designed in panel room chiller Juanda Airport in Surabaya, requires the analysis of certain parts from the supply needs of clean agent should be available, determine the number and type of nozzle, determining the diameter of the pipe, determine the number and type of smoke detector is must be available. With this analysis, we can determine the required specifications of the parts clean agent fire suppression system to prevent failure. The method used this scheme is by calculating the needs of clean agent is necessary in case of fire, the determination of the amount and type of nozzle in accordance with the characteristics of the room, determining the diameter of the pipe based on flow rate, until the determination of the amount and type of detector to be used in the room.
