<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aimed to test the effectiveness of group guidance on simulation game techniques to improve the self-esteem of vocational high school students. This research used Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Twenty students with low self-esteem were divided into two groups. Data collection technique used a psychological self-esteem scale. This psychological scale is used to obtain pretest and posttest data for students. The analysis of the Mann-Whitney test with the results of the posttest self-esteem obtained by p-value 0,002 (0,002 < 0,05). Thus, group guidance on simulation game techniques effectively increased students self-esteem.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan simulasi dalam meningkatkan harga diri siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan  Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Dua puluh siswa dengan harga diri rendah dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis self esteem. Skala psikologis ini digunakan untuk memperoleh data pretest dan posttest siswa. Analisis uji Mann-Whitney dengan pada skor posttest self esteem menunjukkan p-value 0,002 (0,002 < 0,05).
