PENGARUH METODE TIME BASED PROJECT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA

Abstract

This study aims to see the increase in student motivation to learn by using the team-based project method. This study uses a class action research model of Kemmis and McTaggart’s development which is carried out for 2 cycles, with stages of planning, action and observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 30 semesters 5 students. The data collection techniques used included observation and documentation. As for the data analysis using the percentage technique. The result of this study is that there is an increase in student learning motivation in the management course of early childhood education institutions from cycle 1 to cycle II. The results of student learning motivation in the first cycle obtained 64.6% and an increase in the second cycle with a percentage of 74.9%. These results prove that the use of time-based projects greatly affects student learning motivation.Keywords: Learning Motivation; Time Based Projects; PAUD. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan menggunakan metode team based project. Penelitian ini  menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas model pengembangan kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang pelaksanaannya dilakukan selama 2 siklus, dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini ialah 30 orang mahasiswa semester 5. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai meliputi observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis datanya menggunakan teknik presentase. Hasil penelitian ini ialah terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dari siklus 1 ke siklus II. Hasil motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada siklus 1 diperoleh 64.6%, dan  terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II dengan presentase 74.9%.  Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan time based project sangat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa.  Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar; Time Based Project; PAUD.
