<![CDATA[This type of research is qualitative research, using an exploratory approach. The sampling techniques used are random sampling and purposive sampling. The data collected in this study was obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data obtained the process of triangulation techniques and triangulation of sources. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. Implementations is adjustment curriculum and using an e-learning system. 2 Civilized, its application to character, manners and culture that students are in accordance with Indonesian culture. The application is using uniforms as FKIP rules and X-Banners etiquette of contacting lecturers. 3 Professional, the application to PAP students who can work professionally with KKN and study program internships, besides that there are soft skills professionals with the HIMADISTRA (Association of PAP Student). Third, the obstacles in implementing the PAP Proceedings slogan include the socialization of the PAP Proceedings which has not been optimal and the lack of common perception among the PAP academics regarding the meaning of the PAP Proceedings slogans. Fourth, the proposed solution is to hold a special socialization for the PAP Processing Slogan and improve coordination between elements so as to create a common perception of PAP Processing]]>
