Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine:  (1) the influence of student’s activeness; (2) the influence of learning facilities on the learning outcomes; and (3) the influence of student activeness and learning facilities together toward the learning outcomes at twelveth grade of Personnel Administration subject at SMK N 1 Banyudono Academic Year 2019/2020. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The sample taken were 60 students, using Slovin formula, and random sampling technique. The results of the research indicate: 1) significant positive effect of student activity on student’s learning outcomes, t_count> t_table (5.303> 2,00030) significance (0,000 <0.05); 2) significant positive influence of learning facilities on student’s learning outcomes, tcount> ttable (5,071> 2,00030) significance (0,000 <0,05); 3) significant positive effect of student activeness and learning facilities together on student’s learning outcomes, evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable (59,209> 3.15) significance (0,000 <0.05), so Ho is rejected and Ha received; and 4) multiple linear regression equations obtained Ŷ = 30.955 + 0.199 X1 + 0.387 X2. These results indicate that the higher activeness and complete learning facilities together, the better student’s learning outcomes achieved by students at twelveth grade at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono Academic Year 2019/2020.
