The research aims to 1) identify and describe the level of use of e-learning system by students and faculty and 2) identify the factors that influence the success of e-learning in higher education. The study was conducted at the UNS and UMS with 160 respondents. The sampling technique with cluster sampling followed by accidental sampling. Model tested for stalling the success of e-learning is a model DeLone and McLean. Estimation techniques used are generalized Least Square Estimation and analysis of the relationship between variables is done with SEM. This study found that more women are using elearning as compared with men, successful implementation of e-learning in college is strongly influenced by the perception of user satisfaction and perception of the use of elearning systems

Peningkatan kualitas guru pada bidang pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan sehingga perlu adanya penilaian kinerja guru yang dilakukan guru di semua satuan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah, pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat. Hasil yang didapatkan dari adanya penilaian kinerja guru dan evaluasi diri digunakan dalam menyusun sebuah profil kinerja guru sebagai dasar penyusunan program Pengembangan Keprofesian Guru Berkelanjutan. Permasalahannya sebagian besar guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) bidang Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran, dalam pengembangan karier dan kepangkatan masih menghadapi kendala, yaitu: 1) guru kurang terampil dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas, dan 2) guru kurang terampil dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. tujuan dari pelatihan yaitu: meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Metode pengabdian menggunakan desain transfer ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi meliputi kegiatan: (1) Workshop, (2) Pelatihan dan Pendampingan, dan (3) Evaluasi Hasil Kegiatan. Pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik, dihadiri oleh 20 guru otomatisasi dan tata kelola perkantoran dari Kabupaten Wonogiri. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan guru dapat mengingkatkan keterampilan dalam melaksanakan dan menyusun laporan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja seorang guru dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan angka kredit guru. This study aims to (1) knowing the description of employees' IT skills carried out at the Colomadu District Office, (2) knowing the efforts made in improving IT skills carried out at the Colomadu District Office, (3) knowing the things that affect the mastery of employees' IT skills. This research is a qualitative research supported by simple quantitative research with a case study. The data sources for this research include events related to difficulties in operating information technology for employees, informant (employees working at the Colomadu District Office). The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The validity test technique used is the credibility test with source triangulation and technique triangulation. transferability test, dependability test, confirmability test. Data analysis using interactive and flowing models. The results of this study are, (1) An overview of the IT skills of the employees of the Colomadu District Office, namely there are employees who only master basic IT skills, there are employees who cannot operate IT at all and there are employees who are quite proficient in IT. (2) Efforts to improve the IT skills of employees of the Colomadu District Office, namely: a) sending employees to take part in Bimtek and Training, b) providing motivation by the leadership, c) self-study. (3) factors that influence the IT skills of Colomadu District Office employees, namely: a) age factor, b) lack of self-awareness of employees, c) no special training for employees who are less skilled.

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices on the work readiness of class XI students of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (2) determine the influence of motivation to enter the world of work on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar; (3) determine the effect of perceptions of field work practices and motivation to enter the world of work together on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. The research design used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of perceptions of field work practices on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (4.609>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to enter the world of work on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (3.537>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.001 (Sig<0.05); and (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the perception of employment practices and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness. This is indicated by the value of Fcount>Ftable (65.881>3.091) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05). The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of perceptions of field work practices on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (4.609>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.000 (Sig<0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant influence of motivation to enter the world of work on students' work readiness. This is indicated by the value of tcount>ttable (3.537>1.985) and for a significance value of 0.001 (Sig<0.05); and (3) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the perception of employment practices and motivation to enter the world of work on student work readiness. This study aims to determine the influence of office layout on employee morale in BKPSDM Karanganyar Regency. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 37 employees of BKPSDM Karanganyar Regency. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The technique of analyzing data used simple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that the office layout has positive and significant influence on the work spirit (tcount 5,201 >ttable 2,030). The result of this study indicate that office layout contributed as much as 43,6% on work spirit’s employee while 56,4% is influenced by other factors

Badan Perencanaan and Pengembangan Kabupaten Karanganyar is the focus of this study. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of workplace facilities and office spatial arrangement on the job satisfaction of employees in the Planning, Research, and Development Agency of Karanganyar Regency. The data collection method used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling or saturated sampling with a total of 48 respondents. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study was conducted using descriptive data analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and dominant effect testing using SPSS 25.0 Version. The results of this study indicate that 1) workplace facilities have a significant influence on job satisfaction, 2) office spatial arrangement has a significant influence on job satisfaction, and 3) workplace facilities and office spatial arrangement jointly affect job satisfaction.

This study aims to (1) Know the implementation of archive shrinkage (2) Know the supporting and inhibiting factors for archive shrinkage. (3) Data collection by observation, document analysis and direct interviews. The validity test technique used is triangulation of methods and data sources. Sampling techniques with Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling. Data analysis techniques used in research 1. Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data Presentation, (4) Conclusion Drawing and Verification. The results of the study are as follows: The archive depreciation activities carried out consist of: (1) Archive transfer activities from the Processing Unit / Creator Unit to the Main Archives Unit, and (2) Destruction of inactive dynamic archives that no longer have use value. The types of archives that are depreciated are all types of archives that can be depreciated but not all archives can be destroyed, for static archives it cannot be destroyed, but submitted to regional archival institutions. Meanwhile, dynamic archives can be destroyed by burning or shredding. Obstacles in archive shrinkage, (1) Difficulty in sorting archives, (2) Lack of expert staff, (3) Many archives are messy. Efforts to overcome obstacles (1) There is a clear policy and foundation related to archive shrinkage. (2) There is socialization and monitoring every year from the regional archive institution, namely Disarpus. (3) The existence of archival shrinkage in order to reduce the archives that accumulate in the office. Impact of archive shrinkage: (1) Optimizing the use of office space, (2) Reducing the need for storage space, and creating a more orderly and organized work atmosphere. (3) It is easier to manage archives, both static and dynamic archives, (4) Reduce archives that accumulate and those that are no longer used.

The purpose o this study to determine the effect of (1) the variable self-confidence on the ability to speak in public (public speaking), (2) the variable organizational activeness on the ability to speak in public (public speaking), (3) the variable self-confidence and activeness organization towards public speaking skills. This research was carried out at the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University. This research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The population in this study was students from the class of 2020 and 2021, totaling 158 people with a total research sample of 113 people. The sample in this research was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used is through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS 25.0 for window program. The research results show that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of the self-confidence variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05 and a tvalue 11,399 > ttable 1,98177; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of the organizational activity variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and a tvalue 3,929 > ttable 1,98177; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of the self-confidence variable on public speaking skills as evidenced by a significance value of 0,00 < 0,05 and an Fvalue of 68,101 > Ftable 3,0788. The research results show that the collective effective contribution is 55,3% and the remaining 44,7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. Thus, the overall results of this analysis support the proposed hypothesis.

This research aims to (1) determine the influence of students' perceptions of e-books on student learning outcomes (2) determine the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes (3) determine the influence of students' perceptions of e-books and learning motivation together on outcomes student learning. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 71 class XI MPLB students taking KMPLB subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. As for the sample, a sampling technique was used, namely a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out by distributing research questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of IBM spss version 23 software. The research results prove that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on student perceptions of e-books on student learning outcomes. This is proven by the value of tcount (2.887) > ttable (1.995) and the significance value (2) that there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This is proven by the value of tcount (5.599) > ttable (1.995) and the significance value (3) that there is a positive and significant influence on students' perceptions of e-books and learning motivation together on student learning outcomes. This is proven by Fcount (56.291) > Ftable (3.130). The results of this study show that the effective contribution value collectively is , while the remaining amount is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study aims to: 1) Knowing the effect of Teacher Pedagogical Competence on Learning Interest of Grade XI Students in the Department of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, and Fashion Management of SMK Penda 2 Karanganyar. 2) Knowing the effect of Learning Facilities on Learning Interest of grade XI students in the Department of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, and Clothing Layout of SMK Penda 2 Karanganyar, and 3) Knowing the effect of Teacher Pedagogical Competence and Learning Facilities together (simultaneously) on Learning Interest of grade XI students in the Department of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, and Clothing Layout of SMK Penda 2 Karanganyar. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were grade XI students in the TKRO, TMI, and TB Departments of SMK Penda 2. The sampling technique was carried out by simple random sampling with a total sample of 211 students. Data collection was done by observation, questionnaire, and interview. The validity and reliability test technique used in this study used the help of SPSS 25. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of teacher pedagogical competence on learning interest. This has been proven by tcount> ttable (1.982> 1.971). From these data it can be said that (H0) is rejected and (H1) is accepted. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of learning facilities on interest in learning. This is evidenced by thitung>ttabel (2.275>1.971). From these data it can be said that (H0) is rejected and (H2) is accepted. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of teacher pedagogical competence and learning facilities together on interest in learning, this is evidenced by Fcount>Ftabel (3.886>2.110) with a significance level of 0.022 <0.05. From these data it can be said that (H0) is rejected and (H3) is accepted.
