Abstract

pPerformansi Kerja sejati bukanlah Perkiraan Prestasi Kerja atau Performance Appraisal, melainkan pelaporan sendiri Kiprah Ikhlas Amalkan Tugas (KIAT). Menurut Scholtes (1995) performansi kerja adalah Performance wthout Appraisal. Dinyatkannya : "Performance appraisal, in fact, is a flat-out disaster, a virus that damages our organization an dour people (Scholtes, 1995 h.7)
