The scope of this research is a study of the effect of implementing management functions on employee performance at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong, Sampang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the implementation of management functions on employee performance at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong, Sampang Regency. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results can be concluded that implementing management functions positively affects employee performance. The diversity of variables in implementing management functions can be explained by employee performance variables, while the rest is influenced by other variables not mentioned in the model. The implications of the results of the study are then to improve employee performance, it is necessary to enhance the application of effective and efficient management functions at SMK Nazhatut Thullab Prajjan Camplong Region Sampang.
