<![CDATA[This article aims to find out the achievement of the standards of educators andeducation staff in SMP Negeri 18 Bandung. This research is a descriptive qualitativestudy with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the standard achievement of Educators andeducation personnel in SMP Negeri 18 Bandung is 89.424% when compared withthe entire maximum score that should be achieved in standard forms of educatorsand education staff. This study recommends exploring the indicators that have notbeen optimally achieved, especially indicators of guidance and counseling educatorsand library staff. Even though it has been good, the service for students at schoolmust be improved. This is inten ded to improve the quality of education services andsatisfaction of community expectations.]]>
