<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to describe teachers perceptions regarding the implementation of the Pancasila student profile at the leading state elementary school 1 Morotai Island and the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing P5. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that the teachers of the leading state elementary school 1 Morotai Island gave a positive perception of the concept and implementation of the pancasila student profile. However, there are still several teachers at the leading state elementary school 1 Morotai Island who do not understand the concept and implementation of P5. Then the obstacles in implementing P5 are : 1). Lack of teacher understanding of the implementation stages in the learning process, 2). Lack of training received, 3). Lack of infrastructure such as implementation guidelines, 4). Lack of parental support. Meanwhile, the advantages of implementing P5 include : 1). Adds self-confidence to students. 2). Increase creativity and innovation. 3). Foster independence, and 4). Can shape students character and morals.]]>
