<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in the Makasar Sub-District. This study was conducted for seventeen months from July 2022 to November 2023. The research method used is the survey method. Based on the table of Isaac and Michael, the number of samples in this study was 205 respondents. The sampling technique uses a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: (1) Analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test (2) Classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. (3) F test and t-test. (4) Test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that organizational culture and work discipline affect employee performance, either partially or simultaneously.]]>
