Abstract

Al-Qur'anic Education Kindergarten is one of them, implemented in a manner that is both informal and available under the governing law, about maintenance parks and Qur'anic education. Al-Qur'an Education Kindergarten is also beneficial for the growth of the child so that later efforts to eradicate blind reading of the Koran can be minimised. Al-Qur'an Education Kindergarten aims to provide training and learning to children starting at an early age by teaching an introduction to the Quran. In addition, Al-Qur'an Education Kindergarten teaches related Islamic religious sciences.

Abstract

Locus of control refers to an individual's belief in their ability to control and influence outcomes in their lives. It can be categorized as internal (personal control) or external (attributing outcomes to external factors). This study aims to investigate the impact of locus of control and industrial work practices on work readiness among twelfth-grade students at SMKN 50 Jakarta. The study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 24.0 software. A Likert scale questionnaire is used for the survey method. The accessible population for the study is 211 students, with a sample size of 138 students determined using the Slovin formula and a 5% margin of error. Proportionate stratified random sampling is used as the sampling technique. The data analysis procedure includes: 1.) Analysis of test requirements through normality and reliability tests; 2.) Examination of classical assumptions involving tests for multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity; 3.) Multiple regression analysis; 4.) Hypothesis testing using the F-test and T-test; and 5.) Evaluation of the coefficient of determination. The findings show a positive and significant influence between locus of control, industrial work practices, and job readiness. The coefficient of determination indicates that 41.0% of the variability is explained by the variables studied, while the remaining 59% is influenced by external factors beyond the scope of this study.

Abstract

The government has developed the online distance learning process since 2014 through the Indonesian Open and Integrated Online Learning program (PDITT). Then the Covid-19 pandemic has occurred since 2020, forcing the implementation of online learning activities to be unavoidable for the continuity of the implementation of learning activities at all levels of education, including at the vocational level. So far, implementing online learning activities often needs to run optimally. It happens because teachers have yet to be able to take advantage of various applications such as Camtasia and Canva to create targeted online learning media. Therefore, this community service is carried out so that teachers can use applications like Canva and Camtasia optimally. It is hoped that after participating in training activities carried out by the dedicated team from UNJ, teachers at SMK 50 and SMK 10 can make learning media in the form of communicative and attractive material slides and learning videos so that they can increase the desire to learn and the level of understanding of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada divisi Geophysics PT X, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelatihan SDM pada karyawan di divisi Geophysics PT X apakakah pelatihan SDM tersebut telah terlaksana dengan optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi observasi dan wawancara. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pada pelatihan SDM karyawan di divisi Geophysics PT X masih ada yang belum optimal dikarenakan pada saat mengadakan pelatihan SDM kurangnya waktu dan peralatan yang kurang memadai saat pelatihan SDM pada karyawan, Kadang-kadang pelatihan dilakukan di saat yang kurang tepat atau tidak memberikan cukup waktu bagi karyawan untuk benar-benar belajar. Sebaiknya pelatihan dilakukan pada waktu yang tepat dan memberikan waktu yang cukup bagi karyawan untuk belajar dan mengembangkan diri. Dengan demikian diperlukannya manajemen waktu yang tepat pada saat karyawan sedang mengambil pelatihan, agar pada saat pelatihan SDM setiap karyawan memiliki waktu yang cukup, dan melakukan evaluasi untuk pengadaan peralatan ataupun barang pada pelatihan SDM agar setiap karyawan dapat bekerja secara optimal.

Abstract

Abstract A research article is a scientific paper that contains the results of research conducted by a person or a group of researchers. With many research articles, the quality of life in the community will be better. However, in Indonesia itself, the publication of research results is still relatively low. This is due to the difficulty of writing articles. This difficulty is often found in lecturers and students, especially those experienced by students on private campuses such as Muhammadiyah Palopo University, Nahdlatul Ulama University of Indonesia, and Al-Azhar Islamic University Mataram. This activity is one of the efforts to overcome these problems. With this activity, it is hoped that participants can be helped using Software that supports research, such as Grammarly and Mendeley. Abstrak Artikel penelitian adalah sebuah karya tulis ilmiah yang berisi mengenai hasil penelitian yang dilakukan seorang ataupun sekelompok peneliti. Dengan banyak nya artikel penelitian, kualitas hidup masyarakat akan menjadi lebih baik. Namun di Indonesia sendiri, publikasi hasil penelitian ini masih terbilang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya kesulitan dalam penulisan artikel. Kesulitan ini sering ditemukan pada dosen dan mahasiswa terutama yang dialami oleh mahasiswa di kampus swasta seperti Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia, dan Universitas Islam Al-Azhar Mataram. Kegiatan ini, merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Dengan kegiatan ini, diharapkan peserta dapat terbantu dalam menggunakan Software yang menunjang penelitian seperti Grammarly, serta Mendeley.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Self-Efficacy on The Career Decision Making of Class XII Students of SMK Negeri 14 Jakarta. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach through statistical analysis using multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS version 24.0 program tool. The sampling technique in this study uses Proportional Random sampling or proportional random sampling. The population used was 239 students with a sample size of 139 students using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. Data collection uses survey results through filling out a questionnaire or questionnaire and using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data analysis technique in this study consists of instrument test (validity and reliability); analysis requirement test (normality test and linearity test); classical assumption test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test); and hypothesis testing (F test, T test, and determination coefficient test). Based on the results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence affects career decision-making; Self-efficacy affects career decision-making; Emotional intelligence and self-efficacy together affect career decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in the Makasar Sub-District. This study was conducted for seventeen months from July 2022 to November 2023. The research method used is the survey method. Based on the table of Isaac and Michael, the number of samples in this study was 205 respondents. The sampling technique uses a proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: (1) Analysis requirements test consisting of normality test and linearity test (2) Classical assumption test consisting of multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. (3) F test and t-test. (4) Test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that organizational culture and work discipline affect employee performance, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is a direct and indirect influence of flexible work arrangements on work-life balance and employee performance. A causality descriptive quantitative research design was used for this research. Employees of PT. Andalan Utama Foodindo are the population and sample of this research, with a total of 54 respondents using census techniques. Data were analyzed using path analysis using the SPSS program. The study's findings show that the variables have a positive relationship: a flexible work schedule has a regression coefficient of +0.310 on job performance. Additionally, work-life balance influences job performance with a regression coefficient of +0.626, and flexible working arrangements influence work-life balance with a regression coefficient of +0.647. Furthermore, with a mediation effect of 4.505, the research findings show that work-life balance acts as a mediating variable in the association between flexible working arrangements and job performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of self-efficacy and learning independence simultaneously on learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was Probability Sampling, and a sample of 104 students was obtained. The research location was at SMKN 22 Jakarta. The data analysis carried out is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the SPSS program. The significance test of the individual parameters of the self-efficacy variable obtained a sig. value of 0.004, and the learning independence variable obtained a value of 0.000, so it can be interpreted that there is an influence between self-efficacy and learning independence on learning outcomes partially. The results of the simultaneous test, in the Anova table obtained a significance value of 0.000. This means that the variables of self-efficacy and learning independence have a simultaneous effect on learning outcomes. This study has provided a practical contribution where students need to increase their self-confidence and independent attitude in learning, so that they are expected to obtain good learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap burnout akademik melalui efikasi diri mahasiswa tingkat akhir Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran UNJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sample yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Model penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis melalui jalur Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan menggunakan bantuan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi SmartPLS4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap burnout akademik, dukungan sosial berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap burnout akademik, dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh tidak langsung Secara signifikan terhadap burnout akademik melalui efikasi diri.
