UJARAN KEBENCIAN SUGI NUR RAHARJA (GUS NUR) TERHADAP PRESIDEN JOKOWI DI MEDIA SOSIAL YOUTUBE

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini mengkaji ujaran kebencian Gus Nur terhadap Presiden Jokowi di media sosial (YouTube). Dalam penelitian ini diantaranya: 1) Bagaimana bentuk ujaran kebencian Sugi Nur Raharja (Gus Nur) terhadap Presiden Jokowi di media sosial (YouTube)?, 2) Bagaimana konteks ujaran kebencian Sugi Nur Raharja (Gus Nur) terhadap Presiden Jokowi di media sosial (YouTube)?, bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk ujaran kebencian dan konteks ujaran Gus Nur terhadap Presiden Jokowi di media sosial (YouTube). Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian dokumentasi, menyimak dan mentranskripsikan data yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bentuk ujaran kebencian yang paling dominan yaitu bentuk penghinaan dan pencemaran nama baik, aspek yang dilanggar dalam ujaran kebencian tersebut ialah aspek suku, agama dan etnis sedangkan bentuk pencemaran nama baik yang dilakukan adalah pencemaran nama baik terhadap Presiden Jokowi, tokoh terkemuka, adapun hasil analisis konteks pada ujaran tersebut terdapat dua analisis konteks SPEAKING yang telah memenuhi delapan komponen tutur Setting and scene (tempat dan suasa, Participants (peserta tutur), End (tujuan), Acts (bentuk isi ujaran), Key (nada suara), Instumen (alat untuk menyampaikan pendapat), Norms (aturan dalam berinteraksi) dan Genre (jenis bentuk penyampaian). Dari hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat dikatakan ujaran dalam dialog tersebut telah memenuhi delapan komponen tutur dan merupakan tuturan yang kompleks, dengan menganalisis konteks tuturan SPEAKING milik Dell Hymes dapat mengetahui secara jelas bagaimana latar belakang suatu ujaran yang terjadi dari mitra tutur atau lawan tutur. KATA KUNCI: Bentuk Ujaran Kebencian; Konteks Tuturan SPEAKING >  Hate Speech Of Sugi Nur Raharja (Gus Nur) Againts President Jokowi On Youtube Social Media   ABSTRACT: This research examines Gus Nur's hate speech against President Jokowi on social media (YouTube). In this research include: 1) How is the form of Sugi Nur Raharja's (Gus Nur) hate speech against President Jokowi on social media (YouTube)?, 2) How is the context of Sugi Nur Raharja's (Gus Nur) hate speech against President Jokowi on social media (YouTube)?, aims to find out the form of hate speech and the context of Gus Nur's speech against President Jokowi on social media (YouTube). The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with documentation research techniques, listening and transcribing the necessary data. Based on the results of the study, the most dominant forms of hate speech are insults and defamation, the aspects violated in the hate speech are aspects of ethnicity, religion and ethnicity while the form of defamation committed is defamation of President Jokowi, prominent figures, As for the results of context analysis on the utterance, there are two SPEAKING context analyses that have fulfilled the eight components of speech Setting and scene (place and atmosphere, Participants (speech participants), End (purpose), Acts (form of speech content), Key (tone of voice), Instrument (tool to convey opinions), Norms (rules in interaction) and Genre (type of delivery form). From the results of the analysis, it can be said that the utterance in the dialogue has fulfilled the eight speech components and is a complex speech, by analyzing the context of Dell Hymes' SPEAKING speech, it can clearly know how the background of an utterance that occurs from speech partners or interlocutors.
