E-government is the answer to the problem of movement density that occurs in urban areas. The application of E-government can change face-to-face service delivery to become completely online. This is able to reduce the number of movements that occur and has a direct impact on reducing the density of movements in urban areas. This research aims to determine the level of change in people's movements in accessing government services after the implementation of E-government. Research using these 8 variables shows results in the form of the level of change that occurs. The research results show that there are significant changes in the movements carried out by the community before and after the implementation of E-government and show a high level of movement reduction.
