Karakter Mahasiswa. Dosen yang memiliki jiwa merdeka menjadi poin penting dalam mensukseskan program Merdeka Belajar dan Kampus Merdeka. Dosen yang merdeka adalah mereka yang mengaktualisasikan diri dengan baik guna menjadi pribadi yang memiliki kecakapan yang seimbang dalam berbagai aspek seperti Intelektual (IQ), Emosional (EQ), Spiritual (SQ), Kinestetik (KQ) dan Ketangguhan (AQ) dalam semangat keIndonesiaan. Tujuan membangun jiwa merdeka ini didasarkan pada semangat berdirinya Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia untuk merdeka dari berbagai bentuk penjajahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian didapatkan melalui Training of Trainer (ToT), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pendampingan terstruktur, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mampu menstimulasi pengembangan jiwa merdeka pada dosen, melalui pengembangan aspek emosional, spiritual, intelektual, kinestetik, dan ketangguhannya. Kemampuan tersebut merupakan modal utama dalam penguatan karakter mahasiswa agar lebih berjiwa merdekaKata kunci : Jiwa Merdeka, Dosen Pancasila, Karakter MahasiswaAbstract:  Build The Independent Soul For Pancasila Lecturers Its Relevance For Strengthening The Student’s Character. Government policies related to the Independent Learning program and the Independent Campus will be difficult to achieve if lecturers, students, and education staff are still shackled to various life problems. Life problems become challenges and obstacles for lecturers to embody themselves maximally to be a person who has balanced skills in various aspects such as Intellectual (IQ), emotional (EQ), Spiritual (SQ), Kinesthetic (KQ), and Adversity (AQ). In addition, the goal of building an independent soul is based on the core of the founding of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which is based on the fighting spirit for independence. This study used a qualitative approach while the research sources were obtained through Training of Trainer (ToT), Focus Group Discussions (FGD), structured coaching, and literature studies. The results obtained in this study indicate that the training can stimulate the development of an independent soul in lecturers, through the development of emotional, spiritual, intellectual, kinesthetic, and toughness aspects.
