AbstractThe Economics philosophy of Pancasila was born as criticism of crisis occurred in neoclassical economics in Indonesia. Mubyarto identify the neoclassical economics crisis of historical, sociological, metaphysics, epistemological, and axiologicaldimension. Mubyarto offers the Economics philosophy of Pancasila as a solution by offering approach which more considering the sociological and historical dimension of Indonesian plurality. The economics philosophical assumptions must be relied on the philosophy and ideology of Pancasila, not based on liberal ideology.Although there are still any pro and contra opinion about the Economics philosophy of Pancasila, we can say that Mubyartohas succeeded to show the data and fact, identify causes of theIndonesian economics crisis, offer a solution for social sciencecrisis in Indonesia by the Economics philosophy of Pancasila. Inthe other side, Mubyartoâs Economics philosophy of Pancasilafaces obstacles, such as the lack of adequate response of othereconomic scientists, and no economics theory that is really constructed appropriates with the Indonesian socio-cultural condition.Keyword: Mubyarto, philosophy, social science, economics,Pancasila

The strength-ness of Damardjati Supadjar philosophical thought method is: unique, operational, and testified. Unique consist in that his thought are special and different from the other philosophers. The meaning of operational is applicable by one who ready to experience it. Testable has a meaning that someone who doing with the method, necessarily acknowledge that the method effective enough to developing the new consciousness. The weakness of the method are: style of the forwarding of ideas which sometime too vulgar (look-likes porno) and to the indigent beginner difficult to catch the substance of ideas, so that they impress the ideas less systematic. The contribution of Damardjati Supadjar method for the developing of philosophy, specially for Indonesian philosophy is to be able to offer the pattern of typical patterned thinking and attitude, representing result of cultural local genius of Java, Nusantara, Islam, And world culture.

The critical philosophy of history or the scientific philosophy of history is deal with how historians reconstruct the pas event. Proses penggambaran peta laut dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahap (penggambaran lembar lukis lapangan, lembar lukis teliti, dan tahap kompilasi akhir hingga menjadi peta laut). Lembar lukis teliti merupakan lembar akhir pada proses penggambaran peta laut sebelum tahap kompilasi, dalam tahapan ini dilakukan penggambaran data hasil survei dengan rapi dan teliti (data telah diverifikasi). Dengan banyaknya jenis perangkat lunak penggambaran saat ini, menjadi alternatif bagi juru gambar dalam melaksanakan penggambaran peta laut. Setiap tahap dalam proses penggambaran peta laut dapat dikerjakan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak yang berbeda. Kekurangan dari metode penggambaran dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak yang berbeda dapat menimbulkan perbedaan format data digital maupun bentuk simbol dari data gambar yang dihasilkan, sehingga perlu melakukan perubahan/penyesuaian format data digital dan bentuk simbol pada tahap penggambaran selanjutnya. International Hidrographic Organization (IHO) merupakan lembaga internasional yang berwenang mengatur dan mempublikasikan spesifikasi/aturan terkait masalah peta laut, merekomendasikan penggunaan Caris Gis 4.5 sebagai perangkat lunak dalam penggambaran peta laut. Dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini penulis mencoba mengoptimalkan penggunaan Caris Gis 4.5 dalam penggambaran data garis pantai dan data batimetri hingga menjadi lembar lukis teliti. Tujuan dari metode penggambaran dengan cara seperti ini agar proses penggambaran peta laut menjadi lebih efektif dengan menggunakan satu perangkat lunak saja.

AbstractQuality of education can not be separated from the condition of teachers as one element of education providers. Teachers have positions and roles that are very important and strategic in overall efforts to achieve the quality of education.This research generally aims to reveal the influence of principal leadership and organizational climate on the performance of SMK Rayon 2 teacher Sambas District.Â Problems in this study as follows: 1) Does the leadership of the principal affect the performance of teachers in SMK Rayon 2 Sambas District? 2) Does the organizational climate affect the performance of teachers in SMK Rayon 2 Sambas District? 3) Does the principal's leadership and organizational climate affect jointly on teacher performance in SMK Rayon 2 Sambas District? The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) the headmaster's leadership in SMK Rayon 2 Sambas is very good, 2) the organizational climate in SMK Rayon 2 Sambas Regency is good, 3) the performance of SMK Rayon 2 teacher Sambas District is quite good, 4) The headmaster significantly influenced the performance of SMK Rayon 2 teacher Sambas District, 5) the organizational climate significantly influenced the performance of SMK Rayon 2 teacher Sambas district, and 6) leadership of headmaster and organizational climate together significantly influence the performance of SMK Rayon 2 Sambas District. This study suggests that principals should understand the organizational climate because it is seen as the existence of an organization in schools that is formed from the interplay between attitudes and beliefs of parents who are in school and the relationships among individuals in the school to improve the performance of teachers.Â Keywords: Principal Leadership, Organizational Climate, Teacher Performance

Poverty is one of the development problems in various fields which is characterized by high unemployment, underdevelopment and deterioration caused by change. Most of the residents of Setia village, Pahae Jae sub-district, still have many poor people, the poverty rate is still high and they have implemented a social assistance system for the poor or underprivileged to reduce poverty. However, it turns out that the selection of social assistance recipients in the Setia Village area, Pahae Jae District is still using a manual system. the selection process is carried out by observing the residents' files from the start of the process to who can receive assistance based on the criteria that have been determined in the social section. So that the settlement process in determining the prospective recipients of social assistance does not occur systematically and sometimes is not on target, the decision tree algorithm c5.0 method was chosen by the author to speed up and facilitate the selection of eligible citizens to receive social assistance. the criteria are processed so that and obtain a value that will be compared with the training data, this research is an application of the classification of eligible and unworthy social assistance recipients. building this program or application can help make it easier for the village to determine recipients of the social assistance program for underprivile ged families.

Currently the process of procurement of goods and services with methods of direct procurement at the Jambi Provincial Education Office is still not optimal, this happens because the data is still in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel formats and is stored in an irregular folder, resulting in delays in file checking and contract making. Therefore, the authors design information system for procurement service, the authors provide solutions in the form of designing information system prototypes of goods and services procurement service. Where the system modeling used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). From the UML model can be formed interface design and table design that will facilitate the system implementation process. It is expected that the next researcher can be developed by adding an Android-based system design

Koperasi Jasa Warga SAR Medan atau disingkat dengan KOWASAR merupakan koperasi yang dikelola oleh pegawai di Kantor Pencarian dan Pertolongan Kelas A Medan. Saat ini KOWASAR belum memiliki sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam. Sistem yang berjalan saat ini adalah proses transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan nota dan buku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam Kowasar berbasis website agar memudahkan pegawai maupun anggota kowasar dalam pengolahan data transaksi simpan pinjam maupun pengolahan data anggota yang di harapkan nantinya akan lebih efesien dan mempercepat dalam penyimpanan data maupun pengeluaran data simpan pinjam. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan perangkat lunak ini adalah menggunakan metode waterfall, Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrogramam PHP melalui framework CodeIgniter, serta MySQL sebagai penyimpanan databasenya. Fasilitas yang terdapat dalam sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam ini antara lain pengolahan data user, simpanan, dan pinjaman. Dalam sistem ini terbagi menjadi 2 kategori user yaitu admin dan anggota.
