<![CDATA[Semarang City is home to numerous Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that continue to face challenges in financial management, particularly regarding low financial literacy and a lack of systematic business financial record-keeping. This community service initiative aims to enhance the understanding and skills of MSME owners regarding business financial recording and reporting through outreach sessions and direct mentoring. The methods employed included interviews and document reviews for data collection, lectures and Q&A sessions during the outreach phase, and collaborative techniques during the practical mentoring phase. The activity involved 17 micro-entrepreneurs, with 82% of participants demonstrating high enthusiasm. The results indicate an improvement in participants' knowledge regarding financial literacy and simple bookkeeping techniques (daily cash books, general ledgers, income statements, and balance sheets), as well as their ability to analyze financial records for business decision-making; however, maintaining consistent record-keeping after the activity concludes will require further mentoring.]]>
