<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis upaya penyelesaian tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga oleh Kepolisian Resort Pangkep 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Faktor-faktor apakah yang mempengaruhi proses penyelesaian tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga oleh Kepolisian Resort Pangkep. Tipe penelitian ini adalah empiris, data yang diperoleh penulis dari studi dokumen maupun wawancara dengan pihak yang berkepentingan dalam hal ini penyidik Polres Pangkep. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: 1) Penegakan hukum terhadap kekerasan dalam rumah tangga kurang efektif 2). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum terhadap kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah faktor substansi hukum, faktor struktur hukum dan faktor budaya hukum. The research objective is to analyze the efforts to resolve criminal acts of domestic violence by the Pangkep Resort Police. 2) To determine and analyze what factors influence the process of resolving criminal acts of domestic violence by the Pangkep Resort Police. This type of research is empirical, data obtained by the author from document studies and interviews with interested parties, in this case, Pangkep Police investigators. The author's research results found that: 1) Law enforcement against domestic violence is less effective 2). Factors that influence law enforcement against domestic violence are legal substance factors, legal structure factors and legal culture factors.]]>
