The research subjects were the principal, teachers and students at three high schools managed by three Islamic organizations in Medan City (SMA Swasta 1 Muhammadiyah, SMA Al Washliyah I Medan, and SMA Swasta Nahdlatul Ulama Medan City). data sources through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed The results of the study found that 1). Internalization program of character education values in three Islamic high schools in Medan: honesty, responsibility, justice, solidarity, simplicity, recycling project, greening, environmental campaign. 2) Internalization of character education values in three Islamic high schools in Medan forms environmental awareness through curriculum, practical activities, teachers' roles, community cooperation, and continuous training. 3) Three Islamic high schools in Medan (Muhammadiyah, Al Washliyah, Nahdlatul Ulama) are supported by integrated curriculum, role model teachers, extracurricular activities, facing barriers of resources, awareness, technology, and dense curriculum.]]>
