This study evaluates alumni satisfaction with the Doctoral Program in Educational Management at UIN Sumatera Utara and the Doctor of Philosophy in Management and Administration in Education at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). The aim was to assess how alumni perceive aspects of the programs such as curriculum, teaching quality, research facilities, and administrative services. Using a survey-based approach, alumni from both programs were asked to rate their satisfaction levels. The results revealed that while both programs received generally positive feedback, UTM's program had higher satisfaction ratings, particularly in the areas of curriculum and research facilities. This study highlights the need for continuous improvements in doctoral programs by updating curricula, enhancing teaching methods, and improving research facilities and administrative services. The findings suggest that alumni feedback plays a crucial role in shaping program quality and institutional reputation, recommending greater alumni engagement to further enhance the programs' effectiveness.
