Abstract

Abstract: Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja (x₁), Komunikasi (x₂), Kompensasi (x₃), dan Motivasi (z) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (y) adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Objek riset diambil dari pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online akademik lainnya. Metode riset menggunakan library research yang bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) lingkungan kerja (x₁) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (y); 2) komunikasi (x₂) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (y); 3) kompensasi (x₃)berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (y); dan 4) motivasi (z) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (y) Keyword: Kinerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Komunikasi, Kompensasi, Motivasi Abstract: The Influence of the Work Environment (x₁), Communication (x₂), Compensation (x₃), and Motivation (z) on Employee Performance (y) is a scientific article studying literature within the scope of the field of human resource management. The purpose of this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. Research objects are taken from online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method uses library research sourced from e-books and open access e-journals. The analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively. The results of this article show that: 1) the work environment (x₁) influences employee performance (y); 2) communication (x₂) influences employee performance (y); 3) compensation (x₃) influences employee performance (y); and 4) motivation (z) influences employee performance (y).
