The sweet potato is one of the commodities produced from agriculture in the village of Badal Pandean. Generally, the agricultural products of sweet potatoes in Badal Pandean are sold in raw form with relatively low selling value. This indicates the need to make efforts to increase the added value and competitiveness of sweet potato products, specifically sweet potato flour. The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance the knowledge and skills of sweet potato farmers in producing sweet potato flour, thereby increasing its market value. This activity is carried out in four stages: preparation, flour production, packaging, and monitoring and evaluation of the community service program. The results of the diversification awareness campaign show that after this community service activity, 100% of the partners now know how to make sweet potato flour and have successfully used the chopping machine to slice the sweet potatoes. The overall evaluation of the training and consultation on cassava flour production indicates that the farmer group in Badal Pandean Village has successfully produced and packaged cassava flour very well.
