<![CDATA[Religious modernisation has brought about significant changes in religious practice and understanding, which have impacted on the values of Pancasila as Indonesia's state ideology. This study explores how religious modernisation affects the values of Pancasila, particularly the first precept, in the perspective of the metaphysics of divinity. Using the literature study method, this research analyses the impact of modernisation on the nation's fundamental values, both positively and negatively. The results show that religious modernisation can strengthen religious understanding through wider access to information, but also risks eroding the value of spirituality due to excessive rationalisation. In the perspective of divine metaphysics, a balance between rationality and spirituality is needed so that the values of Pancasila remain relevant in modern life. This study emphasises the importance of philosophical and transcendental approaches in maintaining harmony between the progress of the times and noble traditional values.]]>
