Abstract

Fish not only obtained through inducement in the river , but in the village of North Rice Kampar Kampar district , which was originally a paddy field farming by residents , most of whom were used as fish ponds . According to residents there , farming is not inherited by their parents in advance to the younger generation so that it appears a new innovation , fields used as fish ponds . So most of the village was originally paddy is now a fish pond . The fish teresbut , usually sold to the agent who came to the village. Through community service programs such as training catfish processing into food varied and productive , can be an alternative to improve the economy and public health in general . because these fish ( especially catfish ) can be processed into various forms of food varied and productive

Abstract

 Organized learning system is a combination that includes elements of human, material, facilities, equipment, and procedures that interact to achieve a goal. Human element in the system of learning is students, teachers / faculty, librarians, laboratory, administrative personnel as well as those that support the success of the learning process. Information and communication technology is the result of human engineering to information process and the process of delivering a message (ideas, ideas) from one party to another resulting in faster, wider distribution, and longer storage. To be able to take advantage of ICT to improve the quality of learning, there are three things that must be realized that (1) students and teachers should have access to digital technology and the Internet in the classroom, school, and teacher education institutions, (2) must be available the material quality, meaningful and cultural support for students and teachers, and (3) the teacher should have knowledge and skills in using tools and digital resources to help students to mencaqpai academic standards. The demands of learning in the future should be open and two-way, diverse, multi-disciplinary and related to the productivity of work "at that moment" and competitive. Information and communication technology cheaply and easily will eliminate the limitations of space and time that had been limiting world of education. Today many impacts that occur as a result of the development of IT in the country. Indeed, the development of IT if addressed in a positive able to have a positive impact if addressed negative and may be adversely affected as well.

Abstract

Cultures were grown in campus tend to imitate the western culture, so that the local culture is ruled out. The local culture is considered ancient culture, so it does not show up in the form of creativity. Though Indonesia is rich with culture can be preserved in the campus. One of them is a manuscript poem, which is one form of the local culture of our nation. The text of the poem can be in the form of creative songs, drama, dance and others. One solution is to develop student creativity with the revitalization (revive) the text of the poem and developed through programs of student organizations in the field of arts and culture. So it is the first step to develop a sense of love of local culture

Abstract

Staffing in an organization can be defined as a series of processes and efforts to acquire, develop, motivate, and evaluate the overall human resources. It is required within the organization in achieving its goals. In staffing, putting a person in a work should be in accordance with his capabilities and expertise so that all are expected to be achieved. Job placement principle is the principle of humanity, democracy, the right man on the right place, equal pay for equal work, unity of direction, the principle of unity of purpose, unity of command, Efficiency and Productivity Work. The concept is the placement, promotion, transfer and demotion. Staffing in the Qur'an and Hadith seen from education management is an employee must complete properly, responsibility, trust, has the capability and expertise, serve, work ethic, strong and trustworthy, honest, sincere, true and trustful, physical and mental strength, and high manners. Professionalism in view of sharia is characterized by three things, namely ahliyah (expertise), himmatul 'charity (high work ethic), trustworthy (reliable).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep fisika dengan metode penemuan terbimbing pada peserta didik kelas VIIB SMP Negeri 8 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah classroom action research (penelitian tindakan kelas) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana pada siklus pertama dilaksanakan sebanyak tiga kali pertemuan, dan pada siklus ke dua dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIIB SMP Negeri 8 Makassar sebanyak 39 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus pertama yang tuntas secara klasikal dari 39 peserta didik hanya 25 peserta didik atau 64,10% yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Secara individual belum terpenuhi karena nilai rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 71,38. Sedangkan pada siklus II dimana dari 39 peserta didik terdapat 30 orang atau 76,92% telah memenuhi KKM dan secara klasikal dan secara individual dengan skor rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar 77,31. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut di atas, dapat disimpulkan pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik kelas VIIB SMP Negeri 8 Makassar melalui penerapan metode penemuan terbimbing mengalami peningkatan.Kata kunci: pemahaman konsep, penemuan terbimbing, kkm, klasikal, skor rata-rataThis study aims to improve understanding of physics concepts with guided discovery method in class students of SMP Negeri VIIB 8 Makassar. This research was classroom action research (action research), which consists of two cycles in which the first cycle meetings held three times, and the cycle to two meetings held four times. Subjects in this study were VIIB class students of SMP Negeri 8 Makassar as many as 39 people. The results showed that in the first cycle is completed in the classical style of 39 students only 25 or 64.10% of learners who meet the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Individual has not met since the average value obtained was 71.38. While in the second cycle of 39 learners where there are 30 people or 76.92% in compliance and in the classical KKM and individually with an average score of 77.31 earned. Based on the above results, it can be concluded understanding of physics concepts VIIB class students of SMP Negeri 8 Makassar through the application of guided discovery methods have increased.Keywords: understanding concepts, guided discovery, KKM, classical, average scores

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA pada materi bagian tubuh hewan dan fungsinya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif pada peserta didik  kelas IV SD No.113/VI Muara Madras II, penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang di laksanakan selama 2 siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan,observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV berjumlah 29 orang. Data yang di ambil adalah data kualitatif yaitu data hasil observasidiperoleh dari hasil pengamatan situasi pembelajaran.Serta data kuantitatif yaitu data hasil hasil belajardiperolehdari hasil tes. Hasil penilitian siklus I di peroleh tuntas individu 15 orang dan tidak tuntas 14 orang dengan persentase daya serap klasikal 62,28 % dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 51,72%.Hasil observasi guru sesuai pengamatan diperoleh68,75% dan hasil observasi siswa diperoleh 62,5%. Siklus II ituntas individu28 orang dan tidak tuntas individu I orang dengan persentase daya serap klasikal 86,21% dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 96,55%. Hasil observasi guru sesuai pengamatan di peroleh 92,97% dan hasil observasi siswa di peroleh 83,59%. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates how different leadership styles, such as transformational and transactional, affect employee motivation and organizational performance within the service sector. Through a survey of service-based organizations, the research highlights the relationship between leadership approach, employee satisfaction, and overall productivity. Findings suggest that transformational leadership significantly enhances motivation and performance, offering a strategic advantage in a competitive market.

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi profesional dalam menghadapi era Indonesia emas mutlak diperlukan untuk keberhasilan pembelajaran dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Tanpa pengembangan profesionalisme, proses pembelajaran dan mutu pendidikan hanya akan jalan di tempat. Tidak ada inovasi, dan tidak ada pula kreatifitas serta tidak ada pembelajaran yang efektif. Paradigma pendidikan sudah seharusnya menggunakan paradigma baru, yaitu mutu. Pendidikan yang bermutu lahir dari guru yang bermutu dan professional. Guru profesional dapat berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan bermutu. Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan, bahwa: 1). Guru yang profesional harus disiapkan oleh lembaga pendidikan tinggi kependidikan (LPTK) yang berkualitas dan terstandar; 2). Guru profesional wajib memiliki kualifikasi akademik, kompetensi, sertifikasi pendidik, sehat jasmani dan rohani, serta memiliki kemampuan untuk mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional; 3). Guru profesional sebagai faktor penentu pendidikan bermutu adalah guru yang memenuhi standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, yaitu kreteria pendidikan prajabatan dan kelayakan fisik maupun mental, serta pendidikan dalam jabatan.

Abstract

Religious modernisation has brought about significant changes in religious practice and understanding, which have impacted on the values of Pancasila as Indonesia's state ideology. This study explores how religious modernisation affects the values of Pancasila, particularly the first precept, in the perspective of the metaphysics of divinity. Using the literature study method, this research analyses the impact of modernisation on the nation's fundamental values, both positively and negatively. The results show that religious modernisation can strengthen religious understanding through wider access to information, but also risks eroding the value of spirituality due to excessive rationalisation. In the perspective of divine metaphysics, a balance between rationality and spirituality is needed so that the values of Pancasila remain relevant in modern life. This study emphasises the importance of philosophical and transcendental approaches in maintaining harmony between the progress of the times and noble traditional values.

Abstract

Penerapan deep learning pada sistem bangunan pintar telah menunjukkan potensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi energi melalui prediksi beban, deteksi okupansi, dan pengendalian sistem HVAC. Namun, pelatihan model dalam skala besar menghadapi tantangan serius terkait kebutuhan data besar dan beban komputasi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas dan efisiensi pelatihan model deep learning pada skala besar bangunan, serta mengevaluasi peran transfer learning sebagai strategi pengurangan beban pelatihan. Penelitian menggunakan arsitektur MLP, LSTM, dan CNN, serta pendekatan feature extraction dan fine-tuning dalam transfer learning. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap akurasi, F1-score, RMSE, serta metrik efisiensi seperti waktu pelatihan, penggunaan memori, dan jumlah parameter. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa MLP memberikan performa terbaik untuk klasifikasi okupansi, sementara LSTM unggul dalam prediksi energi. Transfer learning terbukti efektif dalam mempertahankan akurasi dengan efisiensi pelatihan yang lebih tinggi. Model ringan seperti MLP + Transfer Learning (FE) mengurangi konsumsi memori hingga 35% dibanding pelatihan penuh, tanpa penurunan akurasi signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi pemilihan arsitektur yang tepat dan strategi pelatihan efisien sangat penting dalam implementasi praktis model deep learning pada bangunan pintar berskala besar.
