Natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis pose a serious threat, especially in vulnerable areas such as Bengkulu City. In an emergency, information on the location of evacuation assembly points is essential to reduce the risk of injury and loss of life. However, this information is often not well socialized and difficult to reach by the community. Therefore, this research aims to develop a Google Maps API-based Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be accessed interactively and still function in offline conditions through the application of Service Worker. Testing using Google Lighthouse shows that the application has an accessibility score of 89%, indicating ease of access on various devices. The results of this study prove that the application of PWA with Google Maps is more effective than conventional methods such as evacuation route signage, because it increases accessibility, flexibility, and community preparedness in facing disasters.
