Abstract

The three-tier client server component thin client thick server is a further development than previously using two tiers. The use of this model is expected that the application no longer needs to be installed on each client but only on the server. Besides that with this model the application that is server side can be accessed by each client in various types of operating systems and hardware used. The workload of library transaction services can spread and no longer accumulate on one working terminal, but it can be spread to other terminals, that is the benefit of this technology. Although the service workload is spread, but the data and information needed is integrated on the server, so that data synchronization in the formation of information becomes more accurate, fast and efficient. An integrated information system between Academic Information Systems and Library Information Systems makes data more accurate and well distributed. The basic components used are servers, routers, and program codes for web services (JSON, XML). Three tiers have a database layer on server 1, the application layer is on server 2, and layer 3 is on the user's side. Abstract

Allof countriesinthe world,includingIndonesia faced the Covid-19 pandemicorthecoronavirusatthebeginning of2020.Thisvirus isknownthat firstappearedinHubeiProvince,WuhanCity,ChinaattheendofDecember 2019.The riskofCovid-19transmissioncanbe avoidedwithpublic discipline by reducingactivitiesinthemiddleofa crowdifthere isnoneedandimplementing healthprotocols.Thedevelopmentofinformationtechnology makeiteasierfor peopletoeasily obtaindatathattendstoberedundantandclassificationactivities thatcarriedout by humansstillhavelimitations,especially thehumanability to accommodatedata tobe classified.The amountof datathatentersaninstitutionor organizationevery day,thelongerthemoreitwillbe,thepileofdatawillbe accumulatedsothattheutilizationisnotoptimal.Thisstudy aimedtobuiltthethe classificationofcovid-19databy usingtheC4.5AlgorithminthecityofPagar AlamwiththeCRIPS-DMmethodwiththeX-crossvalidationopratorsmodel. TheresultsobtainedintestingbyapplyingtheC4.5algorithmtotheCovid-19 dataforthecity ofPagarAlamshowthattheaccuracyresultsare86.67%andthe AUC (Optimise) resultsare0.989.

Abstract

Menghadapi Industri 4.0, maka satuan pendidikan kejuruan perlu melakukan perubahan baik itu perubahan kurikulum, metode pengajaran, media belajar yang mendukung di era 4.0 yang berbasis teknologi dan digital untuk itu perlu banyak pembenahan yang harus dilakukan oleh jajaran pengurus sekolah dan guru khususnya dalam hal pembelajaran dan promosi sekolah yang selama ini hanya mengikuti pola yang lama demikian juga dalam promisi sekolah hanya terbatas menggunakan brosur atau famplet yang kurang efektif hanya menjangkau kalangan tertentu saja untuk itu perlunya inovasi baru agar bisa mengikuti perkembangan dunia. Solusi dari permasalahan diatas adalah membuat bahan ajar dalam bentuk digital sehingga memudah bagi guru dalam penggunaan aplikasi belajar baik flatform yang disediakan oleh pemerintah maupun yang tersedia secara umum seperti zoom, google meet, teams atau yang lainnya dan penggunaan canel TV sekolah yang memungkin bisa menyebar luas informasi sekolah dan bisa dilihat orang banyak dan lebih efektif. Hasil pengabdian peserta pelatihan berjalan dengan lancar dan materi dapat diterima dan dipahami dengan baik oleh para peserta pelatihan menerima dan mencerna materi yang disampaikan oleh instruktur baik teori dan praktik dan kendala dan kendala yang beberapa peserta tertinggal saat praktik disampaikan oleh instruktur, dikarenakan terdapat gangguan pada perangkat pendukung seperti laptop maupun gadget lainnya

Abstract

The forest conditions in Indonesia require more serious attention as they are constantly disturbed, including incidents of forest fires. Clustering or grouping using the ST-DBSCAN algorithm will group forest fire points based on distance and time. This data can be obtained from the FIRMS (Fire Information for Resource Management System) website, which utilizes MODIS sensor data. The research implements the ST-DBSCAN algorithm using the R language, focusing on a case study in the Riau Province from 2015 to 2022. The parameters used in this research for the ST-DBSCAN algorithm are Eps1 = 0.7, Eps2 = 2, and MinPts = 2. The algorithm generates several types of clustering patterns, including Stationary, Reappearing Regular, Irregular, Occasional, and Tracks. The fire point data used in this research covers the years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 in the Riau Province. The results obtained from this research include 1 Reappearing Regular pattern, 5 Tracks patterns, 1 Reappearing Irregular pattern, and 1 Stationary pattern. Within the time frame of 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022, the highest occurrence of forest fire spots happened in the month of November 2015, reaching a total of 573 fire spots.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently running very rapidly, especially in the field of computer networks that make it possible to connect all people from various places. The need for information triggers the rapid development of network infrastructure technology by several vendors or brands. The need for network infrastructure is of course inseparable from the large number of users who use the internet service, causing new problems because the number of users is not proportional to the number of technicians available. For general users, they can wait for the handling schedule from the technician, while for agencies that need a network to complete their work, they don't have that time. To overcome this, you can use a special program to check the network regularly where everyone can use it so that it can reduce free customer service at network providers. One programming language that can be used open source for the development of these applications is python. Python is a multipurpose interpretive programming language with a design philosophy that focuses on code readability. Python programming is still rarely used because it still uses the terminal as the main access where the user has to type certain code to execute the desired result, such as the Command Prompt Windows (CMD) program. The use of python-based applications can be made more comfortable for users by using a GUI (Graphical user interface) display using the TKInter library, which is a standard Python package for creating GUI displays. Tkinter has an interface to the Tk toolkit that can work as an object-oriented layer on top of Tk. Tkinter has many components that can be used to create user-friendly interfaces. Apart from Tkinter, the application uses a subprocess and os library which functions to access the terminal and execute certain comments in the terminal. The built application has functions for pinging, nslookup, ipconfig, network info, active connection and network processes. Ping and Nslookup require data to be entered in text input on the same line, for ping you can input the IP address of the intended network or website address (requires internet connection) while nslookup can be filled in with the website address.

Abstract

Figma merupakan alat desain berbasis web yang telah merevolusi cara tim desain berkolaborasi dan menciptakan antarmuka pengguna (UI). Dalam pelatihan ini, kami memberikan penerapan Figma dalam pengabdian kepada masyakarat. Maka dari itu tujuan dari dilaksanakan nya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini pengenalan aplikasi figma dan fitur serta memberikan contoh tentang desain aplikasi yang merukana suatu upaya agar meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk belajar tentang desain aplikasi dan belajar tentang desain aplikasi. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan melakukan google meet yang dihadiri oleh beberapa siswa dan sederajat yang dimana mereka akan diberi materi tentang figma oleh pemateri. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan minat dan pemahaman tentang figma oleh siswa sederajat. Abstract

Natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis pose a serious threat, especially in vulnerable areas such as Bengkulu City. In an emergency, information on the location of evacuation assembly points is essential to reduce the risk of injury and loss of life. However, this information is often not well socialized and difficult to reach by the community. Therefore, this research aims to develop a Google Maps API-based Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be accessed interactively and still function in offline conditions through the application of Service Worker. Testing using Google Lighthouse shows that the application has an accessibility score of 89%, indicating ease of access on various devices. The results of this study prove that the application of PWA with Google Maps is more effective than conventional methods such as evacuation route signage, because it increases accessibility, flexibility, and community preparedness in facing disasters. Bencana alam seperti gempa bumi dan tsunami merupakan ancaman serius, terutama di daerah rawan seperti Kota Bengkulu. Dalam kondisi darurat, informasi mengenai lokasi titik kumpul evakuasi sangat penting untuk mengurangi risiko cedera dan kehilangan nyawa. Namun, informasi ini sering kali tidak tersosialisasi dengan baik dan sulit dijangkau oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Progressive Web App (PWA) berbasis Google Maps API yang dapat diakses secara interaktif dan tetap berfungsi dalam kondisi offline melalui penerapan Service Worker. Pengujian menggunakan Google Lighthouse menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi memiliki skor aksesibilitas sebesar 89%, menunjukkan kemudahan akses di berbagai perangkat. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan PWA dengan Google Maps lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional seperti plang jalur evakuasi, karena meningkatkan aksesibilitas, fleksibilitas, serta kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology requires educational institutions to adapt in order to improve service quality and information accessibility. In the context of developing a school information system, selecting the appropriate method is crucial to support efficiency and service quality. This study aims to apply the Agile Development method in the creation of the website for TK Negeri Pembina Kabawetan, located in Kepahiang Regency. The Agile method was chosen to ensure that the system development process remains adaptive to user needs and changes that may occur during the process. Data were collected through interviews with school representatives and documentation related to school administration and activities. The result of this research is an informative and functional website that is expected to facilitate school administration as well as improve information management and communication. The research findings include: 1.The developed information system can display and manage various essential information related to the school profile, including its history, vision and mission, teacher list, gallery, news, and a dedicated area for teaching staff. 2.The development process was carried out iteratively following the principles of Agile Development, involving users at every stage—from planning to testing—along with periodic evaluations and adjustments to be more responsive to user needs. 3.Testing results show that core features such as login authentication, profile data management, gallery, blog, and teacher management function properly and deliver outputs that meet expectations.These findings indicate that the developed system has successfully met the required functionalities and user needs.
