Effective classroom management is influenced by strong leadership, harmonious relationships, and adequate facilities. This study explores the planning and supervision processes to enhance student learning participation, despite existing shortcomings in facilities and teaching methods. The research method used is qualitative, through a literature review by collecting data from scholarly articles on Google, focusing on classroom management in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, followed by a series of analyses and data conclusions. The results indicate that classroom management strategies in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah aim to create a conducive and effective learning environment. These strategies include lesson planning, classroom arrangement, student motivation, and attention to students' physical and psychological conditions. Teachers must manage student activities and behavior with care and reinforcement, while applying appropriate teaching methods. Humanistic and democratic classroom management supports effective interaction, productive relationships, and optimal student development. Classroom organization begins with thorough lesson preparation, such as drafting lesson plans, selecting media, assigning group tasks, and establishing consistent and clear classroom rules. Conclusion: Classroom management in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah involves strategies, rules, motivation, and seating design to enhance student participation, interaction, and learning outcomes.
