Abstract

The integration of technology in teacher training has been widely promoted to enhance learning quality, yet its effectiveness remains debated. This study investigates whether technology-assisted teacher training can significantly improve learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Sukodono. Using a quasi-experimental design with a quantitative approach, the study analyzed education report scores from 2023 (pre-training) and 2024 (post-training) through paired t-tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and Pearson correlation analysis. Findings revealed no statistically significant improvement in average education report scores (p = 0.199), despite a 4.76% increase across five of six learning quality indicators. Strong correlations between pre- and post-training scores (r = 0.955, p = 0.003) suggest that while technology-based training has potential, its impact may require extended implementation and optimized integration for measurable improvements.

The research used a quantitative correlational method with questionnaires administered to 35 respondents. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS through validity, reliability, and t-statistics tests to ensure the instruments' accuracy and the significance of variable relationships. The research findings revealed that school principal leadership (SPL) had a positive and significant impact on service quality (SQ), with an Original Sample of 0.791, a T-statistic of 17.960, and a P-value of 0.000. This indicates that morale, cooperation, active and professional learning, as well as the utilization and maintenance of equipment, play a significant role in creating quality administrative services and optimizing the use of school facilities. In conclusion, SPL significantly influences SQ, suggesting that morale, cooperation, professional learning, leadership, and the use of facilities are crucial in improving administrative service quality and overall school effectiveness.

Contributions: This study formulates a new theory on leadership strategies for resolving organizational conflicts by integrating two major theories. The findings expand the understanding of a leader's role in planning, decision-making, motivation, and inspiration in managing organizational conflicts effectively. Contributions: This research develops a new leadership theory for resolving organizational conflicts by integrating leadership, planning, and adaptive strategies, including focus group discussions, job rotation, and collaboration.

The findings indicate that the Outcome-Based Education curriculum is systematically designed by integrating graduate learning outcomes, core and supporting courses, achievement standards, and continuous evaluation mechanisms. The curriculum structure and content are aligned with industry requirements, academic development, professional competence, and the cultivation of students’ religious character. The learning process emphasizes active and participatory learning through lectures, discussions, practical training, internships, community service programs, and individual and group assignments to strengthen understanding, skills, independence, and critical thinking. Assessment is conducted through lecturer evaluation, student participation, midterm and final examinations, assignments, scientific article writing, and performance assessment. Continuous curriculum evaluation ensures alignment among learning outcomes, teaching methods, and instructional materials, thereby supporting the development of competent, professional, and competitive graduates.
