In the last decade, podcasts have been widely used by Generation Z with various popular languages. This research aims to examine the podcast "Ancur." The purpose of this study is to describe the language style used in the conversations of the "Ancur" podcast as a motivation for student learning, using the hermeneutic approach of Jurgen Habermas. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method by observing and recording to identify the language styles used and sentences that can motivate students in their learning. Based on the analysis, it was found that the "Ancur" podcast utilizes various figures of speech such as metaphor, metonymy, euphemism, cynicism, tautology, correction, and exclamation. The motivation derived from the "Ancur" podcast includes information about fully funded further education (scholarships) and promising job prospects and facilities.
