Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan pendekatan santifik yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi grafik fungsi eksponen di kelas X MIA 6 SMAN 4 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Desain penelitian mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yakni perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, serta refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada materi grafik fungsi eksponen mengikuti langkah-langkah yaitu: (1) mengamati, (2) menanya, (3) menalar, (4) mencoba, dan (5) mengkomunikasikan. Kata Kunci: Pendekatan saintifik; hasil belajar; grafik fungsi eksponen. Abstract: This study aims to obtain a description of the application of scientific approaches that can improve student learning outcomes on the material exponential function graphic of class X MIA 6 SMAN 4 Palu. This research is in classroom action research. The research design refers to the design of research Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, namely planning, action and observation and reflection. The result showed that the application of a scientific approach can improve learning outcomes in the material exponential function graphic with the following steps: (1) observing, (2) questioning, (3) associating, (4) experimenting, and (5) networking.
