DINAMIKA RESPON DENYUT NADI SAAT PEMBEBANAN DAN RECOVERY DI SEPEDA STATIS: ANALISIS SEBELUM- SESUDAH LATIHAN FARTLEK 3 BULAN

Abstract

Latihan Fartlek merupakan metode latihan yang mengombinasikan kecepatan dan intensitas yang bervariasi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kapasitas kardiovaskular. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat perubahan signifikan pada respon denyut nadi saat pembebanan dan recovery sebelum dan sesudah latihan fartlek selama 3 bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan respon denyut nadi selama 6 menit pembebanan dan 6 menit recovery di atas sepeda statis sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti program latihan Fartlek selama 3 bulan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 34 siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design dengan pengukuran denyut nadi selama 6 menit pembebanan dan 6 menit recovery diatas sepeda statis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi kardiovaskular, ditandai dengan penurunan denyut nadi selama pembebanan serta pemulihan yang lebih cepat setelah mengikuti latihan fartlek selama 3 bulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa latihan fartlek terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kardiovaskular serta menyebabkan penurunan denyut nadi selama pembebanan dan pemulihan yang lebih cepat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan daya tahan aerobik.AbstractFartlek training is a training method that combines varying speed and intensity, so it can increase cardiovascular capacity. The problem in this research is whether there are significant changes in the heart rate response during loading and recovery before and after fartlek training for 3 months. This study aims to analyze changes in heart rate response during 6 minutes of loading and 6 minutes of recovery on a stationary bike before and after participating in a Fartlek training program for 3 months. The research sample consisted of 34 junior high school students selected by purposive sampling. The method used was an experiment one group pretest-posttest design with heart rate measurements during 6 minutes of loading and 6 minutes of recovery on a stationary bike. The results showed an increase in cardiovascular efficiency, marked by a decrease in heart rate during loading and faster recovery after participating in fartlek training for 3 months. The conclusion of this study is that fartlek training is proven to be effective in increasing cardiovascular capacity and causing a decrease in heart rate during loading and faster recovery indicating an increase in aerobic endurance.
