Abstract

The interpreneur is basically one of the keys of an economic indefendent. Everyone has dream to be successful in this case. So that, in earlier Islam had paid intention and regulated for managing an economic inprovement. In this artcile aimed at presenting the Muhammadâ??s consept of enterpreneur. He undoubtedly becomes a refrence of many live problems, but just very few   Muslim Scholarsâ?? article which elaborates his success as an interpeneurer. It is extremely different with Western scholars that concern to examine Muhammadâ??s success in trade. By historcial approach, the writer concludes that the key of Muhammadâ??s success in improving his interpeneur really has a high relation of his a good attitude, aspecially honestly (al-amanah), clever (al-fatanah), (al-tabligh) and (al-siddiqh). Prophet Muhammadâ??s manegement based on these attiudes becomes known as the most succesfull an interpeneruer in the world

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran massage olahraga dalam persiapan atlet sepak bola, dengan fokus pada manfaat dan penerapannya dalam program pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan pelatih, fisioterapis, dan pemain, serta survei untuk mengukur persepsi mereka terhadap massage. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80% pemain merasa lebih cepat pulih setelah sesi massage, dan 70% melaporkan peningkatan performa selama latihan dan pertandingan. Selain itu, wawancara dengan pelatih dan fisioterapis mengungkapkan bahwa 90% dari mereka percaya bahwa massage membantu mengurangi risiko cedera dan meningkatkan fleksibilitas otot. Analisis tematik dari data yang dikumpulkan mengidentifikasi tema utama seperti pemulihan fisik, pengurangan ketegangan otot, dan peningkatan sirkulasi darah. Dampak psikologis dari massage juga diakui, dengan banyak pemain melaporkan perasaan lebih tenang dan fokus setelah terapi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan massage olahraga secara teratur merupakan elemen krusial dalam program pelatihan atlet sepak bola elit, yang tidak hanya mendukung pemulihan fisik tetapi juga kesehatan mental atlet. Dengan demikian, disarankan agar tim sepak bola mengintegrasikan teknik-teknik massage ke dalam rutinitas pelatihan mereka untuk mencapai performa optimal dan meminimalkan risiko cedera. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan praktik terbaik dalam pelatihan atlet serta menjadi referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh terapi fisik dalam olahraga.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore the physical characteristics of high-level young soccer players based on their playing positions. The research method employed a cross-sectional design, involving 123 young players (average age 15 years) across various positions: goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards. Data were collected through a series of tests measuring speed (5m, 10m, 20m sprints), agility (505 agility test, K-Test), as well as aerobic and anaerobic capacity (Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Level 1, Repeated Sprint Ability). Multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was used to analyze significant differences between positions. The results revealed significant differences (p 0.01) in physical parameters based on playing positions. Midfielders demonstrated better performance in agility and fitness tests compared to goalkeepers. In conclusion, the physical characteristics of young players are significantly influenced by their playing positions, indicating that training programs should be tailored accordingly. Keywords: Physical condition, football, player's physique Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi karakteristik fisik pemain sepak bola muda tingkat tinggi berdasarkan posisi bermain. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan melibatkan 123 pemain muda (rata-rata usia 15 tahun) dari berbagai posisi: penjaga gawang, bek, gelandang, dan penyerang. Data dikumpulkan melalui serangkaian tes yang mengukur kecepatan (sprint 5m, 10m, 20m), ketangkasan (agility 505, K-Test), serta kapasitas aerobik dan anaerobik (Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Level 1, Repeated Sprint Ability). Analisis varians multivariat (MANOVA) digunakan untuk menganalisis perbedaan signifikan antar posisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p 0.01) dalam parameter fisik berdasarkan posisi bermain. Pemain gelandang menunjukkan performa lebih baik dalam tes ketangkasan dan kebugaran dibandingkan penjaga gawang. Kesimpulannya, karakteristik fisik pemain muda sangat dipengaruhi oleh posisi bermain, sehingga program pelatihan perlu disesuaikan. Kata kunci: Kondisi fisik, sepakbola, fisik pemain

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan servis pendek Backhand permainan bulutangkis pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Maros. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Maros. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas XI sebanyak 30 orang melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes teknik dasar pukulan smash pada permainan bulutangkis menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; tingkat kemampuan servis pendek backhand permainan bulutangkis pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Maros berada pada kategori "sangat rendah" sebesar 3.3% (1 siswa), kategori "rendah" sebesar 20% (6 siswa), kategori "sedang" sebesar 60% (18 siswa), kategori "tinggi" sebesar 16.7% (5 siswa), dan kategori "sangat tinggi" sebesar 0% (0 siswa). Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata yaitu 10.33 poin berada pada kategori sedang maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan servis pendek backhand permainan bulutangkis pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Maros masuk dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between physical fitness components and the risk of injury in active students in the Department of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The fitness components analyzed include muscle strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, speed, and balance. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. A sample of 60 students was selected through a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of routinely participating in sports activities on campus. Data collection was carried out by measuring fitness components using standard physical fitness test instruments, as well as structured questionnaires to record sports injury history. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression to identify the relationship between fitness variables and injury risk. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between balance, balance, and muscle strength with the risk of injury (p <0.05), while cardiorespiratory endurance and speed did not show a statistically significant relationship. These findings emphasize the importance of developing certain fitness components, especially muscle strength, flexibility, and balance, in physical exercise programs to minimize the potential for injury in physically active students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of leg muscle explosive power on lay up shoot ability in basketball games on students of SMAN 10 Makassar; 2) The effect of hand-eye coordination on lay up shoot ability in basketball games on students of SMAN 10 Makassar; and 3) The effect of leg muscle explosive power, hand-eye coordination and motivation on lay up shoot ability in basketball games on students of SMAN 10 Makassar. Descriptive regression is the research method used in this thesis. A total of 20 athletes were selected from the entire student population at SMAN 10 Makassar for this study. With the help of SPSS software version 23.00, the research instruments used were regression analysis, data normality analysis, and descriptive analysis. The findings of the study indicate that: 1) Leg muscle explosive power has a significant effect on lay up shoot ability in basketball games on students of SMAN 10 Makassar with a correlation value of 0.599; 2) Hand-eye coordination has a significant influence on the ability to make lay up shots in basketball games for students of SMAN 10 Makassar with a correlation value of 0.600; and 3) Leg muscle explosive power and hand-eye coordination have a significant influence on the ability to make lay up shots in basketball games for students of SMAN 10 Makassar with a correlation value of 0.697.

Abstract

Latihan Fartlek merupakan metode latihan yang mengombinasikan kecepatan dan intensitas yang bervariasi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kapasitas kardiovaskular. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat perubahan signifikan pada respon denyut nadi saat pembebanan dan recovery sebelum dan sesudah latihan fartlek selama 3 bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan respon denyut nadi selama 6 menit pembebanan dan 6 menit recovery di atas sepeda statis sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti program latihan Fartlek selama 3 bulan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 34 siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen one group pretest-posttest design dengan pengukuran denyut nadi selama 6 menit pembebanan dan 6 menit recovery diatas sepeda statis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi kardiovaskular, ditandai dengan penurunan denyut nadi selama pembebanan serta pemulihan yang lebih cepat setelah mengikuti latihan fartlek selama 3 bulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, bahwa latihan fartlek terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kardiovaskular serta menyebabkan penurunan denyut nadi selama pembebanan dan pemulihan yang lebih cepat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan daya tahan aerobik.AbstractFartlek training is a training method that combines varying speed and intensity, so it can increase cardiovascular capacity. The problem in this research is whether there are significant changes in the heart rate response during loading and recovery before and after fartlek training for 3 months. This study aims to analyze changes in heart rate response during 6 minutes of loading and 6 minutes of recovery on a stationary bike before and after participating in a Fartlek training program for 3 months. The research sample consisted of 34 junior high school students selected by purposive sampling. The method used was an experiment one group pretest-posttest design with heart rate measurements during 6 minutes of loading and 6 minutes of recovery on a stationary bike. The results showed an increase in cardiovascular efficiency, marked by a decrease in heart rate during loading and faster recovery after participating in fartlek training for 3 months. The conclusion of this study is that fartlek training is proven to be effective in increasing cardiovascular capacity and causing a decrease in heart rate during loading and faster recovery indicating an increase in aerobic endurance.

Abstract

This research is a class action research (classroom action research) which aims to determine the increase in the ability to smash volleyball with the target games method in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 8 Jeneponto. The design of this study uses the Kurt Lewin model in 2 cycles and in each cycle there are 2 meetings consisting of planning, implementation & observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 28 students of class XI IPS 2 at SMA Negeri 8 Jeneponto. The results showed that the ability to smash volleyball with the target games method of students in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 8 Jeneponto experienced an increase, namely from the results of the first cycle test the complete category was 11 students or 39% and the incomplete category was 17 students or 61%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the results of the completeness of students were obtained, namely the complete category of 26 students or 93%, while the incomplete category in cycle II was 2 students or 7%, so it can be concluded that the results of cycle II increased by 93% from cycle I..

Abstract

This community service activity aims to optimize Physical Education learning through a physical activity training and mentoring program at the IMMIM Islamic Boarding School Senior High School. The background to this activity is the limited variety of learning conducted by teachers and the low involvement of students in physical activities due to the busy academic and religious routines at the Islamic boarding school. The implementation method is carried out through four stages: preparation, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The preparation stage is carried out by developing training modules and evaluation instruments, while the training stage focuses on improving teacher competency and introducing a variety of physical activities to students. Mentoring is carried out directly during the lesson, followed by an evaluation to assess the effectiveness of the program. The results of the activity indicate that teachers gained increased knowledge and skills in managing more creative and enjoyable Physical Education learning. Meanwhile, students showed increased motivation and active participation in physical activities, and a culture of healthy and active living began to form in the Islamic boarding school environment. Overall, this community service program was able to make a real contribution to improving the quality of Physical Education learning while supporting the achievement of educational goals holistically. This activity is recommended to be continued on an ongoing basis and expanded to other schools with adjustments based on local wisdom.
